CRM Notes- Maximize Window For Editing
Hi: It is very annoying that you can't see the full note when you are editing a note in the CRM system. You should not have to scroll all the way down in what can be a long note to make changes or additions. . You should be able to see the full note for editing with one click. Dan Guttman

Looking for user suggestions please. I know there is software out there that takes a business card, lets you scan it and it puts the info into the right fields in a data base. Does anyone know of a gadget that can do the same with a copied name, address, etc. Example An email signature file shows: Kofstad Agency 26 Rice St # 2, Presque Isle, ME USA 04769 (207) 764-4422 Does anyone have a gadget that will let me copy the above and have the info show up in Zoho CRM in the right fields? CRM Set Up - Special Application
Any suggestions from CRM Pros: I have a medical group managing patients for large employers. So far I'm using CRM to track biometric screenings (cholesterol, blood pressure, etc). The tool was invaluable in tracking and reaching out to patients for our first campaign. I'd like to use CRM to do clinical task management, tickler for future patient events as well. In addition, I'd like to apply this same process to another client. So.... Is there a way to separate the data (client 1 vs client 2)?
Does Zoho CRM track emails within an account
I work with 200-400 brides-to-be at one time and need to track each email I send/receive between me and my clients (brides). I'd like to have the email tracked within the account. Can I do this? Is a certain edition required to do this? Thanks.

Hello, I just finished a large mailing so I have a list of addresses, all of whom received the same product. What is the most efficient way to add the single product (a magazine issue) to a list of contacts? The only way I can find to do it is one at a time from the product page. Is there a way to edit a field such as <Lead Source> so that when I create the custom values they will be reflected in all modules (i.e. Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities)? Formula Fields don't calculate?
Hi, I am having an issue with formula fields. I have a number of formula fields built into my potentials module. When my administrator account edits and saves a potential, the commissions calculate correctly. Sales staff do not have viewing access to the commission fields. When their accounts edit and save the potential, the commissions do not calculate. This is a problem, as the admin account currently needs to edit and save every potential in order for our commission fields to work correctly. How
Enhance Workflow to allow automatica processing based on dates
I have learned that there is currently a limitation with respect to date based workflow rules. If you want to have a workflow trigger based on a date you have to either create or edit the record on the date that the workflow is supposed to trigger. It would be much more useful for the workflow to have the ability to track dates "behind the scenes". In other words, if I create a Potentials record on 2/1/10 and I select a closing Date of 2/13 then I want to have workflow rule that will send an alert

hi guys, I have just loaded in my database. How do i sort them based on region or action that I have taken? I am calling and bulk emailing them about 100 at a time and want to be able to easily identify which ones have received the email etc? I was able to create a web-to-lead form which works fine when I paste its code into a separate file (attached). But when I embed the code into our public web site page, it does not work. zohoWebToLead in wordpress with mandatory fields
I've created a zohoWebToLead form and added it to a page in Wordpress. The form is set to to have mandatory fields - but the mandatory fields don't work with Wordpress. Conditional Workflow rules
My wife does personal sales / direct selling of products to people. When she gets a lead, we like the automated workflow that allows us to autmatically set up calls for the next day, three days later, five days later and a month later...this part appears to work well for us. Setting email reminders for tasks
If I check the box asking if i want an email reminder for a task I have set, once I have saved the new task i get emailed straight away, which is pointless. Haw can I set the email reminder to a future date and / or time?

Problem inviting a colleague
I have set up my free version of Zoho CRM and have also set up, activated and invited a colleague. Although the system tells me that an invitation has been sent to my colleague they never land with him. I have tried this on a number of occassions but as yet no luck. What other way might I provide my colleague with a username and password to enable him to login to my system? Thanks for your help Steve
Need Better Criteria Options
Certain options such as Last 30 Days, Last Week, Last Month, etc. are available only in the standard criteria filter. Since these are not available for some odd reason in the advanced filter, how do you get a second standard filter? It seems that you cannot stack standard filters, you may only stack up advanced filters. This seems obvious, the advanced filter has none of the many date options available in the standard filter. Why not make both available? The reporting module needs more flexibility

Display of sales data for account
We need to display (on the account detail page in CRM) the monthly sales figures for an account. Sales figures will be imported and linked to a customer identifier. The sales figures will be summary level -- not detailed transactions. Ideally, this is what we'd see for each customer. Any way to do this?
Problem with events saved into Google....different event times show up
I am just starting with zoho. Creating meetings and saving them into Google seems great and straight forward, except the meetings are showing up in Google calendar 4 hours early!!... I have double checked my time zone settings in zoho, and they are correct for gmt -5 Detroit area....Any help??/
