Can't see Activities in a Potential in Safari on Mac
When I look at a Potential with Safari (Mac), I don't see the Open Activities. Chrome and Firefox work fine. All my extensions are turned off.
Sales Orders Reports
How do you get the account name in sales order reports. In my version the account name is missing from the list. I would like to see a report with account name, product name and code. I've tried the following: Linking Account to Salesorder: When I link account to sales order and ask only for account name and sales order subject, I get a report. When I link account to sales order and and ask for above, plus individual product details, I get a frozen browser and have to back out. Please help.

I am trying to use the ${TOMORROW} as a conditional value to limit a view for all entries up to tomorrow
Is this possible? It would be great to be able to use before or any other modifier related to date value. Any plans for this or work arounds? The before tomorrow would be very useful for task views where all I want are open tasks for today and any previous un-closed tasks
CRM Invoice to Invoice App
Perhaps I am making a mistake, but I have subscribed to the CRM and invoice services with ZOHO. In CRM, it has an option to create an invoice, but it doesn't seem to link with the invoices application. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just not use the invoice module in CRM? 'status' criteria not displaying in my views
Hi there, Most of my views work on the 'status' of an order but for some reason this criteria is showing up blank this morning in my views. The status is still correct in each of the individual tasks but the column is blank under 'status' in my views. This means I cannot track my current orders as the filter criteria also doesn't seem to be able to see what is completed and what is not! How do I fix this - it seems like a bug but is more than likely something I have done. Kind Regards, Orla

Hello, I would like to know how to create email lists within Zoho? I used Outlook in the past and you could create a distribution list and then select email addresses from your contacts. Can this be done in Zoho? Thank you Kris
Automatic reminder for birthdays as well as exportation to google calendar?
I just imported my contact information and would like have reminders set for all their birthdays. I can do this manually by creating an event, setting it to remind me three days in advance and then saving and exporting it to my google calendar. However, I have over 1000 contacts and this would take some time. I'm wondering if there is a way to automate this process? Or at least have the date of birth automatically exported to google calendar. I appreciate your help!
Date Formatting for formula
I currently have a Start_Date field on a custom form. The user inputs the date and another field, End_Date is a formula calculated a week after the start date. The code to do which is simple enough. (Start_Date.addDay(7)).toDate("dd-MM-yyyy") It works fine aside form displaying with the time. All records have the date followed by 00:00:00. I don't want it to display time. I'm sure its something simple that I'm just not seeing and thank you in advance. -Ian

While trying to track down a timeline for a couple of long-requested features I discovered that the Roadmap page has not been updated since October, 11, 2011. And the "What's New" section of the Knowledge Base/Wiki has not been updated since July 13, 2011. This is not particularly encouraging.

Number of Mass emails per day change?
Since your mass email setup screen is based on 100 per page, can you change the number of emails allowed to by by the Hundred too (200,300,400)? Just makes it easier to know where you left off for the following day.

Remove all contacts from a campaign?
I accidentally added a few hundred contacts to the wrong campaign, and now need to remove them all and re-add. Is there any way to do this other than one at a time?
Deleting an account...but retaining the contact. How do I do this?
A former employee entered leads as "accounts," setting up dozens of accounts that we don't actually do business with. I want to retain the contacts in our database for emailing purposes and promotions - but the companies these contacts area ssociated with are not current accounts of ours. Is it possible to delete accounts....but not delete contacts associated with the accounts that were created? Sharon

No way to link Contacts and Invoices on reports
No way to link Contacts and Invoices. I get a message : The report you are trying to access is not available. Following could be the reasons: - You do not have permissions to access this report. - The report could have been deleted from Zoho CRM. I have admin privilege.

Search a specific field only?
Is there a quick way that I'm missing to search a specific field in a CRM module? Say for instance I want to search for all the contacts I have in London. I can create a report or view, but that is a multi-step process, and you end up cluttering up your reports or view folder...I don't want a dedicated report for each city in the world...but I'd love to be able to quickly search just the city field (or some other field) for matches
I want to see just open potentials on my dashboard.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've gone into reports and created a custom view called "Open Potentials". It shows me only the information I want to know when I view the report. However, when I try to make a dashboard component out of it, it shows both open and closed potentials.
Problem when converting Leads......CRM is leaving the original Lead.....
We have been having an intermitant problem when coverting leads........ The conversion works fine but leaves the original lead. It isn't happening all the time but all of my sales guy's have reported it over the last few days...... Please contact me....... Chris
Accounts owned by deactivated users
I have many accounts and contacts owned by deactivated users. How can I use reports or views to find those groups and change them? When I go to a report or view to edit or customize it, under advanced filters I can use for example; Account Owner is and in the pop-up "Change Owner" list there is a pick list that is grayed out that says Showing: Active Users. How can we have access to change that to show deactivated users? I need to be able to search on these lists and change ownership of the accounts
No First or Last Name Field in Zoho CRM Lead Import Field
We just signed up for Zoho, and I am attempting my first lead import. All of the rest of the fields are there, including my custom fields, but there are no fields for First or Last Name, and since Last Name is mandatory, my imports are failing. How can I make the missing fields appear?

I think the invoicing in zoho CRM is lacking too many features to be usable. Case View in CRM
When filtering cases using the "predefined" filters it open cases contain closed cases. We have several closed cases that have a status of "closed" but do not show under the predefined view of "closed cases" but remain under "open cases". anyone know of possible solutions or items to check to help resolve this issue?

If I delete a user what happens to their information
I want to delete a user so I can assign a new user. What happens to the old user's information once I've deleted their account. i.e. will their leads, accounts, correspondence still be on the system?? Thanks
How to advance through a search list
I have a batch of Leads and when I do a search on terms such as "church" or "bank" for instance, it returns a list of Matching Leads. When I click on the first link in the list, the lead's page displays, but there seems to be no way to page through that Matching Leads list with the left/right arrows in the full page view (the arrows aren't there) like you can with an unfiltered list. How can I copy data in a field from tab to tab?
When I click CONVERT on a lead, the lead it sent to the "SALES" tab. (I renamed POTENTIALS) The SALES (Potnetials) tab has custom fields that I need the content displayed on the ACCOUNTS tab. How can I do this? I tried a lookup, but I cant look at fields in other tbas with that.
