Calendar events not showing in CRM
All of a sudden my calendar events are not showing up. I am using Chrome as my browser. The strange thing is that if I use a different computer with Chrome, the events are displayed. Equally odd, the new interface does show the events on my computer using Chrome. Any suggestions?

Notes in the New Version
In the New Version, is there a way to customize or change the notes section so that only the note title (or title + first few lines) shows up in the contact record, similar to how they appear in the Old Version We take very detailed notes after each discussion/meeting with our contacts and since this section now shows the entire note (unlike old version where it was the title + first few words), this section becomes very long on the page and requires more scrolling. Duplicated accounts
Hi, hope someone can help. We're noticing that Zoho CRM is duplicating accounts for us but we can't figure out ryhme or reason for it. There are accounts identical to each other, with the same information even though there is only one account with the name, appearing in call lists. We've got a report showing all calls to be made 'till yesterday' and several of the accounts show in the list 3-7 times. Accounts opening in new windows
Hello, Last week, when we clicked on account names the accounts loaded in the same window, on Friday, they changed to opening in a new tab and today, a new window. Can anyone answer why? We've not changed any settings to the accounts or users and I can't figure out how to change it back. Help is much appreciated.

on pages with subforms (eg leads attached to a campaign or tasks attached to an account) the paging is set to 10. Is there anyway to change this paging?
separating first and last names in reports
It seems that most of the reports in Zoho CRM do not separate first and last name. e.g. on Contact and Lead reports there is just Lead Name and Contact Name, not first and last name in two separate fields. Is there any reason it is this way? It's awkward when exporting information
Mass Email Leads Confirmation
Hello, I recently attempted to 'mass email leads' from the 'Lead Tools' section in Zoho CRM. I then set the 'Lead Status' for each of the ead records to 'Attempted to Contact'. The problem is it that I do not see it in the 'sent email' section in zoho mail. As well, I have gmail integration and I do not see it in the sent email section there. I have two questions- How do I validate that the emails have been sent? Why isnt it showing in my 'sent emails'? Thanks, Nish
Problem in importing data in csv file
I have imported some csv files in Zoho CRM and now after some successful import, I can't even see name of last 6-10 csv files imported in Zoho CRM. This sounds strange to me as I have given enough time to see import history i.e near 5days now and still neither file name nor its status can be seen in import history. I have to import almost 59k Notes using Migrate Data from other CRM option found in Zoho CRM Setup but after importing 6k only, I am facing this problem! Please suggest

Setting up Prospect Reports that Tally PAST activities
I am trying to create Prospect reports for each of the following: All Hot, Warm, and Cold Prospects as of the beginning of the month It seems I set the date filters and ZOHO only allows Created time or modified time, there isn't a field to sort by prospect status changed time. Changing default "mobile" contact within an opportunity "whom to deal with" summary view
In the new version of the Zoho CRM, there's a new "Whom to deal with" summary/ quick view in the top right corner view of an opportunity, which includes name, email address, and mobile number (which we love). Is there a way to edit/ change the settings so that this "Who to deal with" view reflects the "preferred phone number" and not always the "Mobile" phone number, as seems to be the case.

Random displays of Firstname/Lastname order throughout CRM
Has anyone else experienced a random display order of a client's firstname/lastname? For example, if you click on an "Account" and look at the associated contacts, you might see two contacts, one reading "Firstname lastname" and the other in the same account "Lastname firstname". Custom Lookup Field - Tedious to work with
Is there a way to make the customer lookup fields behave like the standard lookup fields in these two ways? 1) Ability to start typing in the lookup field and it will search for matches as I type. Hi, I have added a new custom field of type "Autonumber" and when I add it to a view and clicking on the header treats the column as "Text" and not number. Being an "Autonumber" I have expected it behave like a number. Is there a solution or work around to sort as number? Regards.

CRM Email template editor
Are there any plans o upgrade the CRM email template editor to have the same functionalities and options as the Mail email editor? It would be very helpful because the CRM email editor is very limited compared the the Zoho Mail editor.
Missing zeros on import
Have been trying to import from csv into 'Accounts' module that contains uk phone numbers which start with a zero (example : 01234 567890). Tried importing into default 'Phone' field, and it drops the leading zeros!! Tried creating custom field (text), and it still drops the zero. The most fustrating thing is that when I import the same data into 'Contacts', the phone number is displayed correctly! Any ideas. Only testing with small 10 line sample. Got 30k I want to import, but stuck on this.
Add a field to the contacts showing under accounts
I hope I can explain this right.... When you go into an account it shows account info, notes, attachments, potential, contacts, etc. My concern is on that page under contacts. I would like to add a different field. It currently shows name, email, phone, mobile & fax. I would like to replace the phone numbers with the title & department. It would also be great if I could add those 2 fields into the list generated when you click contacts from the main tool bar. Thanks Jason
Creating a task when an email is sent to check outstanding replies.
I have been trying to figure out the best way of easily monitoring outstanding email requests. I might have to email a client to request some extra information or send contracts to a supplier and ask when they have been accepted. Now what I would like is a task automatically generated so I can see requests that have been sent but not answered, of course this is not for every email so it is a parameter when sending the email. I am about to get 500 inbound emails from contacts -- in ZOHO -- with a pdf attachment to each of these emails that my contacts will send with their updated prices. I am wondering will these attachments get saved under the contact's profile under docs attachment? Or will they just be saved and attached to the email under the contact record?
