We are looking to use Zoho (Professional Edition) My issue is Currently I have one resource who will work on a set of accounts. Next week I am due to also get another set of accounts that I want to assign to another resource that I have. How do I keep seperate the two users. I want to be a power administrator for both but I dont want them to be able to see each others. We aren't using ZOHO as a traditional Sales leads and conversions tool but more as a tool to make notes and create actions
Go to Gmail when clicking an email address
Hi Zoho CRM team, We're very surprised not to have this feature yet. We'd like to be able to activate an option related to Gmail integration: open a new mail in Gmail when we click an email address in Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM syncs with Gmail so we don't need to use Zoho CRM email client, which is very far from Gmail's efficiency. Keep focusing on a CRM, drop the email to our own specialized email services. How to stop spammers filling in my web-to-contact form
How do I stop spammers filling in my web-to-contact form. I currently have manual approval set up, but I am being inundated with machine entries. Make CRM more Usable !!!! - Let users edit attributes in Views / Reports
Let say that you are sitting with your sales team and you go through your potentials...It's very frustating now if you want to enter new "Next Step" or close or create new task. Many clicks needed.... Open form, Do the change, Save, Reload view/report to show updated information, Scroll to the original row... Impossible if 10 people are waiting... Improve entering the relations - at least for mobile version
I really, really appreciate if you simplify entering the relations. Let say that you enter new Task and you want to add Account to this Task. Note, make entering new tasks simple is critical to use CRM as task management system. Why don't you: enable user to enter the related entity name (e.g. Account Name) directly at the entity form (e.g. Task form), show list of related entites already filtered by the text entered in previous step, with the option to create new entity (for cases where entity
Workflow Task assigned to Importer, not Owner
I'm trying to import a batch of leads through "Import my organization leads" that have their owners set by Assignment Rules. The task I choose gets assigned to the person importing the leads (myself) instead of the user who is the owner assigned by the rule. It doesn't seem like this is the way it should work but I couldn't find any documentation.

Add in for Outlook 2007 will not install
Outlook addin will not install. When I try to install is looks as if everything goes well but I get no toolbar in Outlook nor is there any thing in the trust center to enable. I have Win7 64bit.
Replace the 1st administrator
I leave my company et and I need to transfer the administration and close my account. The problem is that I've created the crm account and it seems impossible to desactivate this account and also delete it without problems. Thanks
Bug or intentional behavior for global search?
In the global search field if I type in something and then later go back to edit the query (for example to fix a typo) there seems to be no way to select anything but the entire query, meaning I have to retype the entire query again even if I just needed to add in a letter. The only workaround I've found is if I click and hold while typing I can prevent the whole search query from being selected. I've tested this on two different computers using the latest version of Firefox and Opera.
Zoho Sheet View bug
If I use the Find Contacts search box at the top right of the Contacts window (NOT THE SEARCH ON THE LEFT SIDE), and search for a specific Account name (choosing "by Account Name" in the search drop down option - I get the correct results in the window. However, if I then choose "Zoho Sheet View" to edit those contacts returned, I instead get all contacts that match my search string - none of the Accounts I was just viewing. For example: I search for Find Contacts: by Account Name "Smith", I get 10 results
Using Zoho CRM as a team working together answering customer e-mails
Hello, I have spent a lot of time setting up Zoho CRM and just discovered that we have a huge problem regarding e-mails. All the documentation suggested that it was possible to handle customer e-mails from within Zoho CRM and also see e-mails from collegues. We are using the Enterprise Edtion with Zoho Mail Add-on. Social Networking in your Email Signature
Is there a way to add a facebook or twitter icon to your email signature? I can't figure it out, but I think it would be great added bonus for our clients to stay connected to us and instead of sending out a mass email, they can click on the icon in an email convo we have and follow us...thoughts? Add task, Add event don't work
I'm a new user, I click on CREATE TASK or CREATE EVENT and my screen is empty, only SAVE, SAVE AND EXIT or CANCEL, 2 times on 2 differents lines, Is it a bug or I have to make settings somewhere ???

Today when started Zoho CRM more than 600 records was deleted. I restore from recycle bin. I doesnt erase records yesterday. Anybody knows what happen? Tks Jose Sarria
Zoho Sheet View: export to xls not working?
Hi, when you request a Sheet View from a list of contacts, then normally you can export that list into csv, excel, pdf, ... But this doesn't seem to be working today? When I request an export, nothing happens... And I need this urgently to export the contacts to my mailing program. Can anyone help?

Events - features wishlist
I do a lot of webinars with prospects in my Leads list. I'm finding there are some features for the Events in Zoho CRM that would be really useful: 1. Add a main tab at the top of the screens for Events, not just Activities. I have to go into Activities then select my Events views. Would save a lot of time. 2. I use the Invitees section for registering leads for the webinars. It would be alot easier if you could click the name of a person in the Invitees section and go directly to their profile.
New UI Record Headers - Can we customize?

Are You Sure? - suggestion for improvement
Zoho - can you add the selected action to the "Are You Sure" warning? Sometimes, I've thought I hit "Clone" or "Edit" when I mistakenly hit "Delete" and the "Are You Sure" warning pops up. Since the intended action is not repeated in the dialogue box, I have no way of knowing what button I clicked so I have accidentally deleted many things thinking I was Cloning or Editing. Can you modify the warning to repeating the action? e.g "Are you sure...you want to delete this record?"
Related information in "SalesOrders" module
Hello, In the "SalesOrders" module, the related information shows only 1 invoice. If i need to have partial billings, the second conversion is not possible so i have to duplicate the first one. The only way to have knowledge about the billing proccess of a sale is checking the "SalesOrders" module. So, is it possible that in the related information, i can see more than 1 invoice, if related to the same "Quote", so that i can figure if theres still anything more to bill? Thank you, Paulo Santos

How to Import data to Custom Fields?
I have created about 5 'New Custom Fields' in the Accounts module I now want to import data from csv to these fields. However, I only seem to be able to map to a default set of Zoho CRM fields. Looked around in settings, but can't see anywhere to change. Help please! I like what I see from Zoho, but this could be a show stopper!
Error when trying to re-invite a user
Hi A user invited to the system has not received an invitation. I'm a photographer just starting to use Zoho. It's great so far. I'm just wondering if there's a way to track family birthdays, anniversaries, and other recurring dates? I want to contact my customers ahead of time to book sessions, send cards, and such.
CRM -Sheets view is randomly throwing errors.
This just started happening. I click Sheet View in any module and it throws this error. The workaround is to do a hard CTRL F5 reload on the page.

Skype click to call and number formating
I noticed last September there was a similar enquiry to this. As a former Salesforce client, we were able to accomplish what we want and it appears Zoho is almost there...here's the situation. Reports that use relate table doesn't work properly

Zoho Sheets integration with Zoho CRM and the need to allow for lookup fields to be edited
Hi there, It is very handy for me to allow users to utilize the Sheets button when they need to copy and paste data into CRM from Excel. That is easy for users. Instead of trying to learn how to import. One problem we are running into, is that any lookup fields do not show up on Sheets. So when we add new rows, they are inserted to CRM with all the lookup fields NULL. That is a pain. But what makes it even *worse* is that the Mass Update feature, does not allow for updating Lookup fields.

I would like to know if its possible to categorise accounts and contacts into locations and industries. Is this possible in Zoho?
MAJOR BUG - Campaign Potentials are not fully deletable!!!
I am busy working with the campaign module and have found a bug regarding all potentials that are attached to a specific campaign. Zoho does not allow these potentials to be fully deleted. After deletion the potential can still be found by running a report on existing potentials. It seems that zoho only partially deletes the potential but does not delete the Amount. Now I have potentials floating around in the system that have an amount but no contact/account or name. This effects all potential reporting

Hello, I have professional use of ZOHO CRM and I also have 2 colleagues using this tool. We took this professional use because we wanted to use the calendar sync of zoho calendar to google calendar. It does work, however if one of us (3 persons) put an new activity it appears in all our google calendar and not only in the one who created it. Does anyone know how to sikve this?
