Exporting Zoho CRM Invoices ?
Is there anyway to export the Invoices in Zoho CRM in any other format than .pdf? e,g; csv, etc. Cheers
error trying to create dashboard
trying to create a dashboard to show emails sent this week from a report system says i do not have permission...hmmm, I am the admin. I doubled checked and everything on the admin account is good to go. Please advise why this is stopping me from viewing a report in a dashboard.Thanks
New screen error - double windows

Pages will not load properly
I cannot get the Vendor page to load. All of the other pages open, i.e. accounts, leads, etc. but whenever I try to open Vendors, the pages hangs up on " Loading". What is the solution?
Setting Reminders
It states the following in the manual: How to set reminders for activities? New User: Problem Importing Data
I've tried importing my contacts via .csv and .xls. However, the system just shows the progress bar for a prolonged period of time. I'm only importing 145 contacts and don't think it should take this long. Is there an import template or something I can use? Or, can someone help me understand how to troubleshoot? Thanks
Problem importing leads: custom field blank
Hi, I am trying to import about 1000 leads from a csv file. I'm using the free edition. I've created some custom fields in the Lead Field manager, and for some reason one of my custom fields does not import any information. The other custom fields imported information just fine, but one is just completely blank for every imported lead. I did not use any forbidden symbols or anything. Any ideas what the problem is? Related Field Update Not available in Enterprise Trial...
I am trying out 15 day Enterprise trial. Workflow Rules: Related Field Update Not available in Enterprise Trial... This is a really important function and will change how I create rules if it works. Anyway to turn this on? Or do I create 50 rules, decide to get subscription and then have to go back and change the 50 rules and tasks?
Today, cannot send e-mail templates
The system won't let me send e-mail templates for about half the attempts (I was able to send e-mail templates to the other half of my leads). This has never happened before.
Trouble Creating Work Flows
We are new to Zoho and have been try to create a work flow based off of Invoices and Prouct Details and have not be able to make it function. The Task created is also assigned to Invoices but when the Invoice is created with the designated Products in Product Details the Task in not generated. Thanks, Robert

Minimize section when empty
I've had a search round google and the zoho forums but can't find a way to do this currently. Would be nice, as a space-saver to have the option to have all sections (in leads,accounts,etc) minimize themselves when empty (with the ability to expand them when you need to input data)

Hello We came across a problem while we were importing our contacts from excel file. In our excel file we have a field called Create Date that holds a value having date & time(e.g. 5/1/2009 10:16:20 AM). For this we created a custom field in zoho of type Text. But when we import our file the field in zoho show only date(e.g. 5/1/2009) & do not show time in the respective field. We have tried using DateTime type for the same field but the result was same. Account name lookup not working
We sell via partners. I am trying to associate Leads, Accounts and Potentials with the partner that owns them. The Lead Name or Account Name in the record represents the end customer, and I have added a custom field called "Partner" that is a Lookup field using Account Name in Accounts. Email templates in Zoho CRM should be global not module specific
The way you have the email template setup, you have to choose Leads, Contacts, etc. and then that email template can only be used on that module. You should have the ability to create a template that can be used from anywhere in the CRM. I find myself making tons of duplicate templates because one I use for Contacts I might also use for Potentials etc. This is totally unnecessary.
two email addresses in one contact
I have two email addresses for each contact. How can I send out emails to both addesses in bulk? There is no to or cc field in email templaes to add the corresponding second email field and there is no field selection component in mass emails or in individual emails. It defualts to only the system selected email field.
Approximating Salesforce's Partner/Opportunity (Potential) Contact Role/ functionality.. how please
I am hoping somebody can help me with the following.. and I hope this is not something that's been covered before. In SalesforceF one can relate accounts--- e.g. call one account a partner of another account. AND... when creating contact roles in an opportunity (potential in Zoho-lingo) one can relate contacts from the partner company. Not so in Zoho as far as I can tell. Is there a way? Tried two new apps in business and they will nto work
I tried loading two (2) new apps in business today to try it out again and they will not finish loading: 1. Customized Report Problem - Help
Whenever I try to use the customized report function and attempt to filter on the contact name (ie Contact Name - contains - Robert) I come up with no records. All the other fields work fine. What am I doing wrong? Dennis
Email history vanishes upon email address change
Hopefully Zoho is working on correcting this. If you change a contact's email in Zoho CRM, the entire email history for that contact will disappear forever. This is a big, big problem.

Email history gets removed when user is removed
We have a serious problem and we need to know what to do. We have turnover with our sales reps and right now, as we just found out, if we remove a user from the CRM and Zoho business, ALL the email history associated with that user, between the user and contacts is lost. The only way to preserve that data now is to continue to pay for these users and that solution is not acceptable. We need to know what to do and we need to know quickly. Please advise, this is a major problem.
I cannot see/edit/read my attachments :(
Now I cannot see/read/edit my attachment files in Account Details. When I click on my attachment file there is new submenu appear (download/view in Zoho Write). If I chose "View in zoho Write" there is no happen. If I choose "Download" - appear new window "Unable to process your request Click here to go back." Field Level Editing
We have discovered an annoying trait that affects usability. In the Potentials/Opportunities Tab when you select a Potential/Opportunity you canchoose between editing individual fields or opening the entire document for editing. The problem is that for some reason you cannot edit all of the fields individually. There does not seem to be any logic behind why you cannot directly edit some fields. Problem with accessing Zoho CRM from office Internet
Hi Support,We seem to be having an issue with Zoho hanging for long periods of time when accessed from our office DSL connection (1.5 Mbps). Despite other web pages loading correctly, we have long, long, long pauses and hang times when entering data in Zoho, when opening Help windows, etc. (note: there are no problems using Zoho CRM from remote locations). Our office DSL provider suggested that we may have a port conflict, and would like to know which ports Zoho CRM servers use to establish connection.
