To/CC/BCC do not work on sending quotes via email
When I send a quote none of the email TO/CC/BCC fields will auto populate like they normally do in other parts of the system. PLEASE, please be consistent with the product. This is causing us frustration since you have to go look-up, copy and paste every time when trying to send emails from quotes.
Cases - Want To Autofill Account Information
Currently when I create a potential, account, invoice, sales order, just about anything I select the account and the account information is automatically populated (address, custom fields, etc..) When I open a new Case and select the account, there are no fields that will autopop from the account. I've tried adding the fields but the information does not auto-populate. My question: Can you add account retrieval and autopop information into a new case?
Add the login log of the users
hi, I have a request.. Now the system has the audit log, the admin can check the action of the users, that's good. In our company, everyone uses the system, I ask them login the system every morning once they come to company, so they can know the their going work. But I can't make sure if everyone logins the system on time everyday, if the system add the login log, the admin can check it, that's wonderful. What do you think of it?
When Vendor is selected in PO the Product search does not work (update: issue fixed)
When creating a Purchase Order and a Vendor is selected, the Product Name Lookup pop-up window defaults to Show Vendor Products. Great feature, however the search does not work and we constantly have to select show all products and then search.
Alerts for Account Owner only
I am looking for a way to create an event or alert that can be assigned based on the owner of the account being updated. Example: Status = Step 1 (want the account owner to get new event/alert to follow up) Status = Step 2 (want the account owner to get new event/alert to send catalog) I have only been able to assign a single user or an entire role. In my case the data is user sensitive to the account owner. Anyone have any suggestions?

You provided some PHP sample code recently to insert a Contact via the API. Much of the code you provided had to do with an example of how I might gather my contact data from my own database, however... and only the last 10 lines of the code really had to do with how to retrieve the 'ticket' number and then do the insert. How to Delete User
The instructions are clear -- "Manage Subscription", downgrade # users. OK, but what actually happens, that is, WHICH user gets deleted. I'd like to know before I try it. And, since I really want to substitute a different user, does this really have to be done by reducing the subscription and then adding a user back? Seems a long way around the barn. Thanks.

Cannot change my user email address..... newbie needs a hand
I am a one man shop and am the only user on my ZOHO account. When I set up the account initially I put an email address in as my primary email and now I would like to change that. I've gone into set up and it seems very easy to either add or change my email address but it never sticks. It's got to be a very simple thing I'm missing but it's got me stumped. Zoho is SOOO close to what I need but...
my company sells electronic systems. They can be configured in various ways, and I need to be able to select products and different quantities for each product and have them totaled into the Amount field. I've seen several posts about this kind of functionality and it seems that it should not be a major effort to implement unless the file structure has been set up poorly. Am I wrong? A meeting with more than one contact
Is it possible to schedule an activity in Zoho CRM with more than one contact? As an example generate a PO for consultancy services attached an activity (meeting) with the supplier and the client (maybe 3 representatives). All I seem to be able to do is schedule a meeting between myself and the supplier or a prospect and only one person at that. Many thanks Rob
Importing accounts hangs
I'm trying to import some new/existing accounts from csv file into an existing Zoho CRM implementation. I have the file in .csv and .xls and all the field data matches up. However when I try to import it just hangs at "Uploading Import File". Any ideas what could be wrong?
EDITING Potentials Detail View - Add to Potential to **existing** Case?
I've noticed that when I'm editing a potential I get all the related entities (like cases, accounts, etc). I haven't figured out how to associate an existing CASE to an existing POTENTIAL from the potential detail edit screen. I can add a NEW CASE, but that isn't what I want to do. My business rules - - A potential can have many cases, a case may have many potentials (POTENTIAL >--<CASE). - A potential can be created before a case is created. - A case can be created before a potential can be created.
Formula custom fields created or modified will not be evaluated in already existing records.
How do I get the custom field to evaluate on existing records when I add or modify a Formula? The formula simply returns the value 1 so that I can access it as a summable field from some custom reports I'm running. Matrix Report: Rows = Potential's Owner Columns=Territory (Custom Field) Subtotal On=SUM(My Formula) ~ Sum(COUNT OF POTENTIALS) Is there another way of running this report Thanks

need pricing info displayed in potential view
When viewing a Potential Detail, the Products section does not show unit pricing info, but seems to show info like Product Active, Manufacturer, etc. I played around with the Product Settings/Edit Page Layout, and it did affect what is displayed in the Potential Detail view, but i could not get Price info to show up. What am i doing wrong, or is this a shortcoming?
Lost Leads
Hi, I was switching from one ZohoCRM account to another. I exported all my leads, potentials, etc to .csv files. I closed the first account and before I was able to import them to the new ZohoCRM my laptop battery died and I lost the .csv files. Is there a way to retrieve these from the inactive account? I had paid through this month, so I am hoping the account is simply inactive and not deleted. If it could help, this is the file name created: Lead_1255234318427.csv Thank you

Template editing bug
I use the Template WYSWYG editor to create a simple Email Template containing two lines of text and I save it. I then select to edit this simple template and turn around and save it without making any edits. The saved template now has additional blank line due to new <BR> html tags that are automatically inserted. This is making it impossible to edit my existing templates. Is this a new bug? Configured new email for CRM user at our office and it won't send
Can someone assist me with this issue? We set up a new CRM user in zoho. Then we added them as a email subscriber within zoho. Everything configured correctly and they are receiving email no problem. Is it possible to email any groups you have set up in either Zoho CRM or Zoho Business? It's really a hassle having to cc people within your own organization. Most CRM solutions have the basic ability to send emails to people within your company.

Using firefox and crm. When trying to add a new lead none of the fields appear. only save save and new buttons appear.

Convert Opportunity back to Lead
Hi All, Is it possible to convert an opportunity back to lead? Once an opportunity is on hold or non-responsive we might want to use this as a fresh lead on a later date. Another question would be to find out a way to archive the opportunities that are stale but we still want to search the same but they should not appear in the opportunities or various reports? Mas email to leads not working properly
Trying to send a mass email to my leads (using professional and with a working email account within Zoho email). Have created an email template which previews properly with signature and weblink. I go to the choose records tab and no matter what i do i can't get a list of leads- even if i just select custom view and "all open leads", Zoho reports no leads found. Within the leads tabs i have almost 100 open leads. Whats happening and how do i fix it?

Move of a "Won" potential
Hi I was wondering how do we move a "won" potential out of potentials without losing the data associated with that potential? Basically leaving the potential in there when "won" is distorting the pipeline. I have tried deleting the prospect but this removes all the associauted data, attachment, notes, etc for that potential. Thanks John

I used outlook for years with follow up flags. These flags remind you to contact someone without creating a task and the are quick. Is there a way to quickly set follow ups on contacts, leads, accounts or do you need to create a task to do so? Any ideas?
Zoho CRM ID already exists ???
I have tried to create several new users with emails that I know are unique. The people I am trying to add have not used Zoho before, but I am still getting the message: "Zoho CRM ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho CRM ID." Why would this be happening? I am using the free version to start with one user set up & cannot get the other two working??? not feeling very confident about this so far.
