Contact list changes from alpha to something else
When I am trying to send bulk emails, my contact list changes from alpha to something else whenever I move to the next 100 listings. This has resulted in some contacts not getting any emails and others getting multiple emails. Can you advise if this is brower related or related to Zoho. Please let me know, I need to understand how to fix this. Thank you! Christine

I have a .xls spreadsheet that I'd like to share with my Zoho colleagues. Can it be imported as is into Zoho CRM? If so, where? Reports doesn't seem like the destination I had hoped it would be.
Standard field information does not transfer between modules
Why is it when I am writing a sales order from a contact, it will not transfer the address, or pertinent information over. It gets really annoying to have to go back and forth and copy everything. This however is not the case for accounts. I wish there was a way to just connect fields as needed via the setting and field information. Salesforce is starting to seem pretty sweet after all these limitations i keep coming across.
Firefox warning "This website does not provide identity information."
Hello all, I use Zoho CRM to manage client files for my nutrition practice. I consider confidentiality to be very important. I just noticed Firefox putting an exclamation mark near the url at the top of the page when I connect to zoho.com, including help.zoho.com/portal/en/community. When I hover over the exclamation mark a warning comes up reading, "This website does not supply identity information." I've read to be careful with using email or passing private information via sites that show this
Map Fields for Leads Conversion
Hi, there seems to be high levels of limitations as to which fields can be mapped in the different modules. In Leads it does not allow me to map lead source - why, it's the default field that is in leads and accounts modules. Zoho need to look at this for their next update. There are fields that could be included in leads that are on the accounts module, the leads in the current format only does part of the job that it could or should do for me personally. Postal Code doesn't map from lead to accounts
Images embedded in templates
Hello, For years, we used image files encoded as base64 which we embedded directly in our inventory templates (in HTML mode) and it worked perfectly. Recently, when i saved a modified such inventory template, all the encoded content was cleaned up, so our quotes are now broken. Why has this feature been changed and am I the only one to face this issue?
Zoho mail attachment in Zoho CRM mobile native app
i, If I receive a message in the Zoho mail section of my IOS native CRM mobile app, I can open the attachment. If I want to save this attachment in an account or potential in Zoho CRM mobile, I cannot. The arrow at the right top of the screen doesn't open anything. How can I solve this ?

Email headers aren't proprely displayed within Email Module using Outlook Pkugin
Hello Zoho CRM In the email module, linked emails in Contacts or Leads, are missing the CC field and consider every recipient as 'To:', and on top looses the list of recipients in To: and CC: when registered via Outlook Plugin. Email stored via BCC feature or sent out of Zoho CRM are not affected What is wrong? When will this be fixed? I name it fixed as this is poorly realized. Thank you for advice

Adding Company Info from 'Leads' into Task View
None of the standard views in 'Activities' contain the 'Company' field from 'Leads' - and I cant find a way to do this. This means that the you have a name etc in the view but have no idea which company. How can we fix this? Thanks - great product

Hello there! I am new to Zoho and in the evaluation stage to see if it's right for our business. I am wondering if there is a way for me to view all emails on a particular account, right from the Accounts module. Similar to how the Contact page lists all the emails as a "Related List" for that contact. I need the related Account to compile all the emails that have been sent/received from any contact who is related to the Account. Is this possible with Zoho? On a related note, I need this type

How can a client receive an email automatically as soon as a record is created?
How can we setup ZohoCRM so that clients receive an automated email as soon as we update/create a client record? We looked at Workflows but they can only be configured to send alerts to ZohoCRM Users, not client email addresses. An urgent response would be really appreciated. Many thanks Cameron

Some New User Questions I have
According to the documentation, it's possible to edit the "Lead Sources" fields. We need to edit these to "Walk in traffic, phone calls" and a few specific lead companies that we use. But this isn't in the list of fields I have the ability to edit. Also, I have removed some of the tabs I didn't need. We simply need lead tracking. Then when they sell, I need them to be called "Customers" and I need to be able to create reminders for certain events, like birthdays, 6 month anniversary from purchase

Can the quote template outline table be expanded?
We are using 8.5 x 11 paper for our printouts and the quotes don't "outline" the entire printout, please see attached quote. Many of our clients have mentioned the quotes appear 'squished'. Is there a way to adjust this in the html? Sample Quote And are there "generic" samples/templates we can download from somewhere? How to clear the Missed Activity Reminders popup
Apparently, Zoho CRM synced with my Google Apps Calendar and now, every time I log in to Zoho CRM, I get a popup window titled, "Missed Activity Reminders", but with reminders for appointments from last year. I've tried clearing these a screen at a time, but I've been using Google Calendar for many years and there are probably thousands of appointments. How do I clear these all at onece?

Hi...I am looking for any way to handle having multiple physical locations selling products. Specifically, I sell Product1 in Location1 and I get 100% revenue. I sell Product1 in Location2 but at then end of the month I need to split 15% profit out to give to the manager at Location2....this applies for all products sold at that location. Even if it is a custom view at then end of the month, is there a way to assign a Location (or constant variable) to a Potential? (I am not talking about a Location

Don't want new email recipient to pick up under Leads module
Hi Zoho CRM I really like that Zoho CRM picks up emails from my gmail account. However, I don't want emails from new contacts (that I haven't entered into Zoho CRM otherwise) to automatically go under leads, as I would like my leads module as clean. This will make managing my leads much easier. Any suggestions? Thanks for a great product.

We use the task field for processing orders and print each "order" (task) to include with the despatch. Social Tab
Hi Guys, Logged in as an Administrator. The Role and Profile have Social Integration enabled by default. I have associated (logged in) to our Facebook and Twitter pages. On Leads and Contact I can "Associate" a Twitter or Facebook profile with a specific Lead / Contact. However, when I click on the Social Tab, I get a "Permission Denied" error. Not sure how to fix this?
