Hi, I have created dependency fields to minimize data entry errors by our reps but this has created an error of its own. For all of the parent field options that have more than one child field option that applies I also include none so it doesn't default to anything. But by doing this when a rep selects the parent field the child field switches from -none- to none making it a valid option when it really isn't. Sudden CRM Email Error Message

Zoho deleted the work that I put into my account including my custom modules
I signed for an enterprise account 2 weeks ago. I used this account to create custom modules and started to add entrees. Today, as I logged in, it was clear that I no longer had the enterprise account and the work that I have put in have all been deleted. Please diagnose and respond to the issue before other Zoho users encounter the same problem.
Custom Module - Adding Contacts as related item
Hi, I'm evaluating Zoho as a potential enterprise CRM solution for 2 clients. I've created a custom module (Presentations), and i would like to be able to associate one of more contacts to a presentation record. When selecting "Organize Presentation Details" option on a presentation record I'm only given the option to add "Open Activities", "Closed Activities", "Emails" and "Attachments". I would like to add "Contacts". I can't find anyway to do this in the settings and can't find any help information
Printing Activities
Recently the notes relating to a potential or contact have started to show up on the print preview of a activity. Resulting in pages and pages of notes printed out when all is needed is a print related to a single activity. This did not happen before.
importing leads, zoho crm can't open Excel
Zoho CRM cannot open Excel in the Importing Leads function; restarted laptop and made certain nothing else is open/running, shouldn't be memory issue which Zoho message states, thoughts?

Problem edit potential fields and don't displayed information
Hi! Help me please. In the potentials tab, the stage field can not be edited - the link Edit does appear, but is not clickable. Stage field can be edited when i click general Edit button on top, but i would like to do it from potentials info (entity_info) page, since all of the other fields can be comfortably managed from. Whats wrong with editing stage field from info page?
ZOHO CRM is unable to save
My ZOHO CRM is unable to save my completed calls after the fact using Contacts > Picked a Contact > Open Activities > Log a Call. I had tried it more than 5X but it doesn't work. This function was working last week but stopped working today at about 12 noon.

Hi Is there anyway I can convert a lead to a client? It looks like i can only convert to contact. This is not helpful for me. I need them to be clients. Is there anyway of converting to client without loosing all the info in the leads page? thank you
Is there a way to add tasks to calendar within Zoho CRM
I run a Managed IT Services business, and we are just getting started with Zoho CRM. I'm not sure if I have missed something, but is there a way to see tasks on the calendar within Zoho CRM. We currently use Google Apps for Business and the Events (meetings/webinars) we created within Zoho CRM appear on the calendar and sync to my GApps for Biz calendar, but the Tasks do not. Wrong value when clone a new contact within same account
Dear Sir/ Madam, When I clone from existing contact, I expected all the values would remain unchanged unless I edit it. However recently when I do the above action, system automatically change the value. As value on Module item should be "HRMS" and after I saved the contact it changed into "Contact"? That's really annoying to change it manually. Would you please tell me what's going on?

Font size doesn't change in email templates
I am drafting emails within Zoho CRM email templates. I am also inserting images. I altered the font to a larger size and when I send out the email, it's in the default (smaller) font size. Any ideas?
Multiple email notifications
Upon successful submission of all lead details, a website visitor (where a Zoho form has been placed) today receives a confirmation email from my Zoho instance. I also receive a system generated alert. emails sent on behalf of me
When people receive our emails they do not come from our regular email. Instead of our url, the email comes from the zoho.com and on behalf of me. It is very confusing for our customers. How do we set it up so that the emails just come from our @mottoinc.com? thank you

Internal News Feed
Is there a way to have a type of Internal News Feed Widget on the home page. I am not looking for RSS feeds from external RSS providers but more a way of commuincating exciting news within Zoho CRM and keeping it within the CRM system so there is a reason for users to log in. Thanks Gordon
How can I add Company Name from the LEADS file to my Activity Report?
I have entered a ton of scheduled activities for New Leads I am working. But when I go to the Activities section, I can't add the Company name to any of the listings. All I can add is the persons name. But these are new leads and the person's name is almost useless to me. I need to see the company to have any idea what activity is which. This was a problem when I used Zoho in a prior job, and I ended up quitting to use Zoho for Lead management. That is not an acceptable choice with my new company.

How do I set privileges for a certain User with a parictular Role
Hello! I have a User with a role called Sales(Säljare). This role is allowed to read all Activities and Contact Persons but should be allowed to administer all of these related to an account that is owned by that role. The problem is that when I set the Sharing Settings in https://crm.zoho.com/crm/ShowSetup.do?tab=usersPermi&subTab=SharingSetting there are only three types of Private, Read and Full access(create/update/delete). including contacts from different companies in same account
We deal with the company and their pr agency, but the pr agency represents more than one of our clients. Is there a way to keep track of the contacts via both the PR company and the individual client? Currently the only way we've found to do this is to have the pr agent assigned as a contact of that company. This doesn't help as when we talk to the pr agent, it's important to know which of her clients we're working with and on what projects. HELP!!
Ability to make deals and activities private w/o making accounts private

Hi - are we able to automate the following scenario: Leads imported and automatic "prospecting" email template sent Status automatically changed to "Attempted to Contact" 1 week later if still a lead and contact remains "Attempted to Contact" (in other words they didn't respond), then send them a follow-up email and change status to "Second Attempt" 2 Weeks later, if still a lead and contact remains "Second Attempt" email another template and change status to "Final Attempt Made" if status remains
Counting calls and tasks per day
I want to be able to see/track/ report calls (and Tasks) made per day. I don't see a date option for calls in the Activities view, and I don't see how to add that to a custom view. I ended up using Tasks instead of Calls. Did I overlook something? I have the free version.

Showing actual quoted ccy
We work with several currencies apart from our base currency 1) The reports show the base ccy instead of the quoted ccy for both potential and quote amounts. Is there a way to change this to the actual quoted ccy or add a converted field. 2 Is it possible to change the default ccy to USD instead of the base currency. Not of our transactions are in dollars. 3) Looking back it would have been helpful if I could change the base ccy to USD. thanks Steve
