Export Notes but want to include Account Number in record
I have exported the 'Notes' records related to my accounts and it has everything I need EXCEPT I need the Account Number field included in each of the Note records. I have several accounts that have the exact same name (e.g. Custom Upholstery) so I can't use the spreadsheet to effectively link to my company's computer data because the Account name is not unique to every account, but the Account Number is. I NEED HELP!

Filter recycle bin
Due to the bug (that you guys just fixed and I can't wait to test), I have many items deleted on the same day/time. The items are in the recycle bin and I"d like to restore them. To do that I need to run a filter for the day/time. That day time for example is 12/26/2013, 4:17:14 pm. How to properly capture two different types of leads
My firm is a business development consultancy. We represent other company's products or services. So for us, there are two types of leads: Project Leads - These are potential clients for our firm. If we're successful, we'll get a contract to represent their product or service. Customer Prospects - When we get a project from a client, say "Customer" we then go out and try to generate business for that Customer. So for that Customer, we will have a bunch of leads specifically for that customer.
Email section does not scroll
Hi there, I'm using Safari 7.0 and when I try to scroll through my emails, it cuts off at the bottom. Basically, the section the holds the emails (I'm assuming it's some sort of a frame), doesn't allow me to scroll. However, the entire page I can scroll. This is very annoying, and started happening to me last month. This problem does not occur in Chrome, but I use Safari and would like to continue to use Safari. Any thoughts? Thanks

Is there any way to Map all or any of my Zoho CRM leads
I have 800+ leads in my Zoho CRM account and I will eventually have to visit most if not all of these at some point. Therefore, mapping my travel route efficiently and effectively is very important. I am unable to locate a function within Zoho that gives me this capability. Is there any software out there that will give me the capability of mapping my leads list if I were to upload them in a .csv or .xls file?

I'm ok with the contact input form layout but when I click on the "contacts" tab on the black nav bar at the top I get a list which contains name, phone and email. I would like to add mobile phone to this list. I see how I can change the contacts module but how do I change the default contacts list view?
Multiple client locations under one business name

Merging new data into an existing ZOHO Database
We have a spreadsheet with some additional information on about 3000 records inside of ZOHO. Only two of the fields will be changed and I don't want to change any other data inside of ZOHO on those records - just those tow fields. In the past I just did a MassUpdate, but that is limited to 100 records at a time - time consuming and tedious. Is there a way to do this with an upload without affecting any of the other fields?

Missing modules and other changes without notice
I have set up 5 different companies over time with ZOHO CRM and usually know what I am doing. Recently I set up a new company with the free edition: custom fields created, renamed modules and so forth The company pays when they need to mass email and then goes back to the free version. Without any notice, my custom fields are gone, I cannot create new ones. My modules are gone... What used to be free is now gone...I follow ZOHO CRM everyday and did not get any notice of impending changes and revisions
Web form submit / Reset button not aligned correctly
I have created a web form I want to use TOP aligned. In the preview the submit button is set to the right of the form and on my web page it is completely to the right of the form which doesn't look right and looks messy. Is there any way to correct this from your end of development or if I can do anything so they buttons lay underneath the form appropriately?
I can't save an edited Potential. The page stalls with loading

All Leads Converted to One Person, Please HELP
Hello, I pulled off a lead report last night and when I came onto Zoho this morning all leads that were shown (in this case 100) have all been converted to one employee and the created date all changed to yesterday. You can see in the attachment that all leads have converted to my name, yesterday they were assigned to all over employees. The created date for each lead should all be different :/ Thanks for any help!

Can I use CRM to track donations

Deleting events in ZohoCRM Calendar does not delete them in gCalendar
If I ad and event in the Zoho CRM Calendar, either directly or through the Zoho Calendar, the event appears in my gCalendar and my phone almost immediately. I can happily amend any events and the updates appear in my in gCalendar and phone immediately also. However, if I delete and event it is not deleted in gCalendar. Is this the expected behaviour? Why won't LEADS created within iPhone App populate to browser-CRM and iPad?

However, this morning I created a new lead on the iPhone App, but it is not syncing with the browser or iPad. Right now the "Home" tab is effectively various views of the "Activity Stream" of the business. Let's not lose this, but let's get Zoho to give us another tab, one that is highly configurable by the users or admins and can accept feeds from several sources. Some of this could be done via a Web tab, and I get that, but it is not the same. why do the available fields not populate on templates
I cut and paste the fields on an email template. The email using the template shows Dear ${Leads.First Name} instead of the first name. How can I fix this

Where do BCC Dropbox messages go when there are duplicates?
HI I like the new BCC Dropbox feature as i have never been able to get the Outlook plug in to work. However, when i send an email to BCC Dropbox and the person that I'm sending it to has duplicate entries in the CRM I find that the email does not get stored against any of them. System Freezing
Several of the users at my company are reporting that the system is freezing on them and requiring them to close out and log in again. It is reported on PC's running IE & Firefox. I use Firefox on a MAC and have not seen a problem. It seems to be intermittent (though frequent) and I have not discovered a way to replicate. Have other seen a flurry of these reports? Arthur Young
