Zoho form on website doesn't generate notificaiton to me when user has submitted
Hello - I have integrated a web form to capture leads but do not see the option to receive an email notification that a new lead has been generated. I am using the free edition. Can you please advise if this is available in the free edition? Thank you,
Convert lead to contact and opportunity
When I convert a lead to contact/oppty, it does not take the notes and history along with it. I can't imagine all that information would be lost by design. Am I doing something wrong?
Top banner remaining fixed position
Hi, Just letting you know that the below glitch occurred after I deleted multiple entries. The banner stayed at the top regardless of where I scrolled. This was fixed after clicking into another module.

zoho Creator App in CRM?
What is the use of a Creator APP in CRM. I created an APP that defines a part number from many options and calculates a price. I brought that APP into CRM and I can see it in a TAB. So What? It seems I cannot do anything with the data. The reason I are the App is because the Quote module does not allow complex parts, But by modifying the layout of the Quote Module, it doesn't allow me to access any fields from my imported APP. ZOHO CRM - Date format Question
In the CRM module there is a field called 'Closing Date' in the Potential file. I need to create a variable that pulls out the month and year. Closing date = 11/08/2013 I want a variable = 112013. I'm trying to run reports that sub-total on MonthYear regardless of the actual closing date within that month. I created a variable using this function Month(${Potentials.Closing Date}) This does get me the month but I don't know how to concatenate the year. Thank you for your help!

I have noticed through the Zoho blogs that may of the products are getting a complete overhaul and re-launch. Is the CRM slated for a re-launch as well? The roadmap for Zoho has not been updated since August, but it appears all the releases have been met.

We just barely passed 200 leads in our account and were sitting at about 206 leads yesterday. Today I was adding some more leads in and I noticed that we only have 173 leads. 30 leads disappeared. Why would this happen?

Last four of phone search broken, enter in REVERSE ORDER.
We have found that you need to search for the last four digit in the any phone number in reverse order. For instance, if you want to find a record with the phone 805-453-7609 by searching for the last for digits, you need to enter 9067 into the search box and you will be rewarded with the correct search. Currently, searching for the last four digits in the correct order, ie. 7609, does not yield the correct query.

Is there a way to make a field mandatory but only when a certain parameter is met in another field? For example when I have a STAGE field set to ACTIVE, I then want a DATE AWARDED field to then become mandatory. Is this possible?

I wanna have a report that can indicate the number of leads have been assigned to certain users/ owners. For example, my role is an administrator and all new leads are originally owned by Admin. How to show maximum rows in ZohoCRM sheet view
Hi all. Newbie here. Pretty sure I got ZohoCRM to show more than 100 records by going to sheet view. Now it is not cooperating (maxing out at 100) Think I read somewhere that sheet view can show up to 2000 records. Custom Date Field in CRM
Hello, I have purchased the paid version of CRM and I have been using it for about a month now. One thing I can't figure out is if there is any way to add a custom date field. Some times I do not get a chance to enter a lead or an acct in the same day received. If I enter it in the next day, it shows that, that lead or acct was recvd same day it was entered. I would like to create a new module but cannot work out how to link the module to a customer?
discount shown in template only if not 0.00
Customer support told me in the chat that the following is not possible. this makes the quote templates useless for me. It would be convenient to have a code in the quote template that all the discounts are only shown on the quote in pdf of they are different from 0.00. Now it is only possible to show or not to show discount in the quote pdf. This way you either have no discount function in your quote, or the customer who doesn't get a discount will sure ask for it. If there is already an option
How to remove the "copy address" button on the account page?
As we don't need a shipping address, only the billing one, we have removed one of the address from the account page, but I see that even with a single address, the "copy address" button is still showing, how can I remove this? Thanks, Olivier
