When creating an event it doesn't display leads and contacts in the send invite section.
I am trying to create a new event related to a lead. Everything works great except when I try to send an invite request, the form just displays the users. It does not display My leads nor my contacts. I have tried on other web browsers and still experiencing the same issue.
Opening cases in a new tab
I was previously able to open multiple cases in new tabs (right click the case, and click 'Open link in new tab'). This allowed me to work on multiple cases at a time. Now when I try to do the same, I get a blank page. I mainly use Chrome, but have tested it on FF as well, same results.
Leads/Contacts invitees not showing up when an event is created from within a lead or contact.
When you try to create an event from a lead or contact...other users show up fine and can be selected, but any leads or contacts you invite do not. The check boxes show up..but the text is not there..its like the text is in white against a white background...please fix.
Which License do i need to manually deside who can see an account or contact etc.
If an account is private or confidential, in which version do I have the option to prevent showing this confidential information to all people? And maybe only visible for 1 or 2 specific persons? Thank you for answering, Fabian van den Barselaar

Can I view recent activities of all my users? I am a manager, and would like to make sure that ZOHO CRM is being used by our sales force. I would like to see each users recent activities. For example, new contact entries, account entries/changes, etc.

Because we use this CSV file to import this in an other application, this importroutine does not function anymore because of this new SALESORDERID-field. We need to know what account is related to each task - currently, we have to manually enter the account name in the task title itself to get this information in the task view. Please add the ability to display the account column when viewing Activities.

Can we add a preview of email contents when mousing over subject, like in Batchbook CRM?
Batchbook does this wonderfully, it's so useful. When you hover your mouse over the email subject on a contact's page (or recent activity dashboard), a box pops up showing the first 9 or so lines of the email. This way you can easily hover over several email subjects in succession to find what you are looking for, instead of clicking on each one.

Adding a new field to Potentials
I have just signed up for the free 3 user licence. It appears as though I am restricted to edit fields and cannot add new fields, is this correct? Potentials show a field for contract revenue. I would like to have 2 revenue fields, one for services and the other for licence fees. If I upgrade, can I make such a change?

Compulsory field in "Leads".
Hi There, A lot of times we won't know the Last Name of the Lead and we just go by the First Name until the Lead is properly qualified and converted into an "Account". The "Last Name" field in the "Leads" section is a compulsory field and I am not able able to change this to non compulsory field. Can you please let me know how I can do this?

Workflow Alert limitation on additional recipients
I need to send an Contact email through automation/alerts. There is a limitation with the additional recipients to only 10 emails separated by "," (I think). Any thoughts at being able to send emails to a Group or listing of Emails? Vendors' emails? Hows about Accounts and all the emails of the contacts associated to the Account....could work? How can I enable chatting functionality?
We are using the Professional Edition of CRM. In the post below : https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/chatting-with-users.html#Activate_Chat_for_Users it says that we can activate Chatting functionality inside the system via Setup/Users/Profile screen. Whereas I cannot see a checkbox to enable that functionality. I've checked the license details and saw that group chatting is included in our license. How can I enable chatting for my users? Saving report
Hi. I have just started using a macbook, having previously used a windows laptop. I have downloaded excel 2011 for mac but when I try to export reports, excel cannot find the file that I previously used as the saved report from zoho. When I used my old laptop, I got a message at the bottom of the screen giving the option to save as but this doesn't happen with the mac for some reason. So it simply puts the file in the download folder. I then have to save it, i presume, as the same name I gave it
Export problems with comma delimited fields
Hi! i have recently done a data backup, but the result is frustrating: i have texts in some fields, and a lots of commas, and after export - which is in a CSV file - all this information goes to separate cells in Excel creating a mess. there was someone on the forum who advised to use reports and export the data into Excel, but it is not working when you do a backup. Could anyone, please, give me advice on how to solve this problem?

Invoicing in CRM
Hello, I would greatly appreciate a quick response to this question. We are trying to use the Invoice / Sales Order features in Zoho CRM, but it is clunky and time consuming. Why are we not able to just key the product code directly into the Product Name (on the first screen after selecting Sales Order or Invoice). Why do we have to go to an additional screen, then enter the product code (or name), and then click to confirm it is that product. This is just a waste of time. I can't convince my colleagues
Permission Denied
I have recently started using Zoho CRM and have no issues when using it on my laptop. However if I try adding a contact or event etc via my ipad or iphone it repeatedly says permission denied. It used to work ok and setting should be right as it works ok on the laptop. Any ideas?
