Single contact related to multiple accounts
How do I manage a single contact tied to multiple accounts. When I sync my contacts, I will get duplicate contacts. Is there a way to have the contacts tied to multiple accounts, without the duplicates when contacts are synced. Thank you,
Notes in Tasks disappearing
If I add a lead to a task after the task is established, any notes that I have added to the task are lost. I assume this is a bug of some sort. True?
Filter leads by location
Adding a column by location and a filter for the Leads would be extremely helpful when doing targeting calls! i.e. today my manager was in the Syracuse area and wanted me to find a lead there while he was out. Filter would have been nice.

How to customize contact roles (for lead to potential conversion)
I don't see where to customize the Contact Roles values. The only time that field appears is when converting a lead to a potential. However, the "Roles" field/values doesn't exist on the "Contact" field customization page. Please advise. Thank you.
Adding email conversations to accounts
Hi, We just started using Zoho and unfortunately, have been running into snag after snag. It seems customization is pretty limited. I was wondering how we can attach email-conversations to accounts? Most of our accounts have only 1 or maybe two contacts, and we all handle the contact with out clients together. Basically, it would be easy if we could go to client x (account), see the latest emails from everybody, and pick up where they left. Is it possible to do something like this? Thanks!

No ign of emails sent via Zoho CRM
Hello, I sent some emails ticking contacts from the view I created in Zoho CRM. I chose a template, then got the information that these emails were sent, yet, there's no information about it in any of the contacts accounts. Why it might have happened? VAT invoice tempate for UK
Hi, the existing invoice template in zoho CRM don't qualify at VAT invoice for the uk. I've tried to tweak them but utlimately I would need to be able to display for each item the VAT rate, the net VAT, the cost exclunding VAT. Bug in universal search results
When doing a universal search for contacts it seems there is a small bug when there are exactly 10 contacts matching the search, but there are also items from other categories that match (i.e. events). Under the matching contacts section of the search results, the right arrow indicating more results is active. If you click on this you will go to events, not contacts, and there is no way (as far as I can tell) to get back to the original list of search results without running the search again.

Using Zoho CRM and Pulse
I use Zoho CRM and Pulse and really like the side bar that is in Zoho Mail however don't like Zoho mail (given its very limited features compared to Exchange). Am I able to add the side bar to the CRM or Pulse so i can quickly change between the two? Side bar in question is attached.

Contacts Management when employees resign from accounts..
Need a best practice suggestion from other users... Should we delete the contacts associated with a respective account, when the employee has left the organization? Or should we retain the same.. If we delete it, then what happens to all the past emails, sales orders, activity associated with that particular contact. Follow-date on leads
When I add up update a lead there is a follow-up date option. Where do the list of leads that I need to follow-up on every day show up at. I have searched everywhere and can not find it. I set several for today and they are not listed under calls, activities or events. Is there a better way to handle this so that when setting up a new lead there is a follow-up date available that shows up on a list somewhere?
