How does one add an account in the Zoho CRM Mobile App?
I've installed the mobile app for my android phone but I can't determine how to ADD and account, only open existing ones. The same is true for leads. Can someone clarify how this is done?

Change how CRM adds and removes Inventory - Toggle Button
I would LOVE if you would change how inventory is pulled in the system. It is very hard for users to tell when inventory is pulled or replaced, and easy fopr mistakes to be made and double inventory adjustments made. If you edit a restock order after it has been delivered, it adds ALL the items back into inventory again. But you have to CONVERT to invoice, to pull inventory of a sales order. Salesperson activity report
I was asked to create a daily report showing the activity of our sales people. The report needs to list phone calls, events and sent emails. I need data for both leads and contacts. Problem is, I was able to create a report for calls and events, but not emails. I selected the Activities module as primary, but that gave me only calls and events--not emails. Any way I can show everything in one report?
Forwarded Emails - How to Create Lead or Contact
I get a number of emails that are forwarded from suppliers and other contacts... The forwarded emails contain the details of the actual customers. The forwarding email account is not a customer. I have a decimal field with 2 decimals...when I enter (for example) 5.35 it shows, when I enter 5.30 it drops the 0 so it shows 5.3, when I enter 1000 it shows 1000.0 not 1000.00 Any fix for this?

Converting Leads to Contacts/Accounts
As my company makes "contact" with potential leads, I would like to convert them from a Lead to a Contact. Once we actually signup a Contact, I would like to convert them from a contact to an account. Presently, my only option is to convert a lead into both a contact and account at the same time. ...my issue is that we used to have the ability to use the search field to pull what PRODUCTS have been specified to individual PROJECTS and ACCOUNTS. However, now, all we get is the results from the PRODUCTS module and no relationships to any of the other modules if I select our PRODUCT "AV246" for example. I am trying to add a specific product to a price book but for some reason using the pricebook product search it will not find the product in question. It tells me no products are available. I can search and find many other products but the one I want cannot be found. I can search using the regular search and it finds the product just fine.
