Is there a limit for number of items in an invoice??
Recently we couldn't add more than 100 items to a quote/invoice. The problem is there is no warning/note to the user, once the user adds the item everything above 100 are deleted. This seems to be recent change, may be because of the memory issues. Pl. review this. Thanks.
Web Lead Form has no Submit button
I created a Zoho Web Lead form and copied the HTML code that Zoho created to my web site. There is no Submit button for the form. So I tried creating it again and than recreating the web page. Both times the form is now on my web page, however there still is no submit button??? What do I do???

How do I view contacts by Last Name?
I would have thought this would have been a basic feature for any CRM, but obviously not. How do I see my contacts list ordered by Last Name? There is no option in the default view to do so, only Contact Name. The omission puzzles me so any help would be appreciated.

Use COMPANY critera to create a view in CONTACTS
I need to create business to business email lists. I need to use criteria derived from the Company or Account records to create these email lists. The individual email and contact information is found with the Contacts I know this CAN be done. When I MASS EMAIL CONTACTS, I am able to use COMPANY criteria to select filter the contacts and create the mass email lists...but that is the ONLY place where you can do this. Cannot modify accounts, contact, potentials who are from exported Data
Hello, I'm the administrator of my company Zoho CRM. When i'm clicking the modify page button all the data from the Account/Contact/Potentials is erased. So i'm "forced" to click cancel in order to don't lose the data. I can modify each field manually. I don't have this problem with new data. I tried on other accounts of my company and they don't seem to have the problem, except in the Accounts part, where the adress and Zip code are disapearing but not the street name. Can you help me? Are Vendor Products and Normal Products the same?
Hi, I am considering using Zoho CRM for order management and basic inventory control. I am looking for the ability to store my the prices that I will be charged by my suppliers. I note that there is a way to add products to every Vendor. However, it appears that Vendor products and normal products are different things and I cannot see a way to link them together. Hi, I think this should be great to have a feed like for FB or twitter to know what are last change. Like by example : 10:15 Sarah just changed (Company Name) number 10:02 Justin just changed the status of (Opportunity name) opportunity into win 10:01 James just create a new opportunity for (company name) etc etc... Multi-Table Views

At the top, it usually says the leads company, name, then lead source, email, phone, lead status etc. and then, I can click on a switch below it which expands and offers more information. But I would like to put a field in the TOP part, so that I can see it right away, and not have it in the BOTTOM part. Any ideas?

Custom changes to fields not appearing in Free version
Hello, I signed up yesterday to begin an evaluation of the CRM. But changes to fields are not appearing. Setup > customization > fields > module list > lead > lead source > edit I make the changes, save them, and the changes appear in the editor. No customization however appears in any the contact, lead or leadform. Are you able to customize lead source list in the Free version?

Web to Lead form not working anymore.
I'm having issues with my web to lead form from my website http://www.evolvegymoc.com. My website guy had created a slightly different look to the Zoho form, but had all the proper coding regardless. Seems currency related fields are only in Home Currency? Annual Sales volume or Registered Capital from leads can be in various currencies (according to their country). However, seems to me that I have to put them into Home Currency. That can not be right.
