Hi There, I noticed that a lot of requests have been submitted for the ability to include a personalised company logo in the interface (in place of the Zoho CRM logo.) CRM email - adding a new conatct via email
Using the new feature to "add to CRM" a email from my inbox to the CRM It grabs the name and email address, but the actual email is no where to be found. I need the email added to know what the lead was interested in... When I add it to the CRM it adds it as a CONTACT, I need it to add as a LEAD. IS there anything that can be done here also? Please advise.

Hello, Just wondering if developers can customize the Zoho CRM moreso than what the casual user is capable of doing? I have a few requests, similar to the one below, and would be willing to pay for assistance if this is possible. Missing Feature
Hello, We have been using ZOHO CRM Enterprise and find one major issue, our Managers cannot keep updated to developments in individual Potentials/ Leads/ Quotes. They have to be updated by colleagues, juniors offline and given link in CRM to posted updates. This becomes a very big headache when juniors, bosses are travelling and cannot have face-to-face sessions. Please implement a "Company Updates" feature for people to keep abrest with developments.

I am trying to use the e-mail add on to the CRM with google. I can see the e-mails I send out but not the replies that come back.
Zoho mail add on
I am the administrator on on our CRM. I have the mail add on working fine. My colleague is also activated, can see the email tab, and appears o see all the right options. However, emails from her aaccount are not neing associated with the relevant contact. Although this is working fine for me. Probably someting I have failed to do but I cannot see what it is. Hi, Okay I downloaded and installed the Outlook calendar sync for Zoho and its works fine for the Zoho Calendar but nothings appears in the Zoho Crm calendar. Is there a way to sync the Zoho CRM calendar to MS Outlook 2002. Thanks Chuck

Accessing client data from a php page on our website.
I am using a php script and need to access the client information in our crm tool. I have the api key but not sure how to proceed from here. This is what I need to do: Have a login page on our site where the client will enter their email and password. Templates FROM email address
I would like to login and send an email to a lead/potential via a template and have the email FROM address be from one of the other users. In other words I want the FROM email address to look like my colleague sent it. We have changed the FROM field in the template but no matter who is logged in that is who it is shown to be sent by. I bought one subscription for myself for Zoho mail add on. Its great So I bought a second subscription for my colleague. I can now see I have two subscriptions but I cannot see where to activate her. She already has a ZOHO mail account and is also a user on the CRM. Help
Set pop mailbox to import all mail (historic as well as new) for use with Zoho CRM
Hi, I'm trying to use the CRM functionality, which looks awesome, but when I wet up the pop mailbox in Zoho, it doesn't import mail before the date I set it up, which means I have no record of historic correspondence to make available to the CRM tool. This makes it no use to me. What can I do?
How can I add a Hyperlink Field to an Internal Folder or Document on Company Server?

Problem with values not showing in any template
When we export to PDF or Print Preview any quote, invoice or purchase order none of the following values appear: ${Invoices.Sub Total} ${Invoices.Tax} ${Invoices.Grand Total} This is even in default templates never modified by us as purchase orders. Help Needed - Workflow Rule and ALert Creation
I want to set up a rule so that when the Close Date of a Potential reaches the Current date the Salesperson handling the opportunity/potential gets a task reminder and an e-mail directing them to update infrormation in the opportunity/potential record. For Example: Potential Closing Date = 4/6/09 Today's Date = 4/6/09 Workflow triggers an e-mail alert to the salesperson and places a task on their task list. How do I do this? web-to-ticket problems
I am having a number of problems with the web-to-ticket functionality. Initially I successfully created a form and got that on my website. When I entered details they didn't turn up in the Support Approval list. Thinking that I might have set up the form incorrectly I deleted it and went to recreate it. When I say the form it takes me to a blank page and if I go back the form has not been created. Any ideas? Thanks Neil

Workflow tasks are falling on non-work days
Is there a place where I can specify the days of a work week, and then have workflow follow that rule when it creates workflow tasks? Right now some of my workflow tasks are falling on weekends. Not a big deal, but inconvenient. Thanks.
Web-to-lead form, validate email
We have implemented a web-to-lead form on a landing page. Instead of forcing users to re-enter their email address (who likes to do that?) we just have them enter it once. Is there a webservice you can recommend that can determine whether the email enter is a valid email address? Thanks.
Archiving/Backing up
Im curiuos about several things. 1. If I wanted to export say my contacts including all the information related to that contact such as invoices, sales orders,notes and most importantly attachments. How would I achieve that? Simply downloading the attachtments to the PC is not an option as it does not keep things a streamline in Zoho.. we will just be reverting to our original problem of organising all of our contacts and the relevent information that goes with them.. How do other people archive

Mail plug-in missing one big thing
As with many people, I use Gmail and have started to use new plug-in - but it misses one major issue, linking Gmail emails to sent Leads and Contacts. It works fairly well on received emails (using POP to pull emails into the zoho system) but all the emails that I have sent via gmail (and are also pulled over usine POP) do not link to the recipient. Is there a way to link these emails to the Leads or Contacts - even manually, as with the Outlook Plug-in? I can obviously send from within Zoho but
Can't log in to CRM
I have had a CRM account for some time. Now I can't login. I get a window telling me to sign up. When I enter the email address that I used to establish my account it tells me I have to use another address.

Hi I have just started testing the Add-On and I must say it seems to be working just as expected with a few exceptions. The most notable for me is (cause I am lazy) for instance is under the lead module there is not a complete view of all emails sent and received one must switch between: Sent Emails from CRM and The specific public user Am I missing something or is that just the way it has to be?
