Products
We sell products individually, as well as by the case (5 at a time). We sell at a different unit price, and only track inventory individually. Is there a way to create a relationship between two products? If I have 20 pieces, 4 cases on the shelf -- I'd want the product for pieces to show inventory 20, cases 4. If I sold a case, I'd want pieces to show 15, cases 3, etc... Is this possible?
Customized Report problem

The clock does nto stay ont he time that we designate even when the crm is open. therefore, we need to constantly change it and it gives incorrect information as to when there are updates, times of emails, etc. It effects all readings on the site. WHY HAVEN'T YOU FIXED THE .5 QTY in the INVOICES YET
I am AMAZED to see that other people have been reporting this as a problem since 2006 and it STILL isn't fixed. I'm truly looking for a solution for my business and I thought this was it UNTIL I ran into the same problem that others have had regarding the INABILITY to save or print and INVOICE with a .5 QTY (only allows rounded numbers????). Multiple Accounts per Contact
I'm in real estate and need to track properties (Accounts) and owners (Contacts). Sometimes one owner (Contact) may own multiple properties (Accounts). Is there a way to assign multiple Accounts per Contact? Is there a better way that I am not thinking of? Ideally, I would be able to track notes from Contact under all of the Accounts that they own. Hi there. Wonder if you can insert a button "NEXT" when we view or edit contacts. this may be better than to go back to the contact tab or to do a search. for example if we are viewing or editing contact number 100, when we click next we will be editing contact number 101. Problem importing contacts into ZOHO CRM
I'm trying to import contacts into ZOHO CRM, but after I match all the fields and click "Import", the re is some kind of bug and the process freezes while the "Importing records" animation bar is shown. So the importing is not finished. Is there any solutions for this? I've been using ZOHO CREATOR for several months and it's excellent. Link a New Note to a Contact Record AND a Potential Record
I would like to be able to link a Note to a related record in a different entity just like you can with Tasks and Events. We typically add most of our notes to the related Potentials record. However, when the Potential is Closed or Lost, we continue to add notes to the Contact record. It would be very helpful if we could select both the Contact and the Potential using a Lookup field just like you do with Tasks and Events.
Date Created instead of Created By for Contact Records
I want to use Created Time and Modified Time in my Contact records. Created By and Modified By are available selections in Edit Page Layout for Contacts. Created Time and Modified Time are not available. New Sales Order Doesn't Work At All

Please consider adding forecast by vertical/industry, or, better yet, by vendor. Many organizational forecasts are not "one bucket", rather have multiple components that feed to vendor quotas. The sum of the vendor quotas is the overall number. Also, % and $ completed would be great. Gillam Hall
