Invoice Problems/Concerns
Hi There, We are facing a few problems while using crm solution. 1. How can we customize the date format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy as India uses that format. 2. The invoice generated has a ew problems: a. The logo appears a bit sqweezed, although its fine under the company details section. b. We wish to add our tax numbers in the invoice headers. Send Quote to Lead
I can't see how to send a quote to a Lead, only to a Contact. This is odd. Our sales are typically a one time event. We never upgrade a lead to a contact until they purchase our product. Scott
Send Case Report to Contact
I wish to send a copy of a support Case to the Contact. We have created a Work Flow that sends an email template with the Case details to a Zoho listed user but it will not go to the Contact. How do we get the e mail to the Contact? We think the only way is to forward it. This is not the best solution. We use the Case Report for back up when a Contact send a product back for repair.

secret? question
what is the point of having the administrator who is setting up the user, set the secret question??? for one, he won't know the users secret answer, for another, if he has to find out (as he currently does to complete the set up) it's not a secret any more? There should be a second phase to the procedure, where the user answers those questions. nick.baskett
Reports - New advanced filter
The ability to use the following criteria in reports (leads): checkbox-value --> modified --> the last x days/weeks/months. The possibility to not beeing forced to use "standard filter" would also be nice, just gather all the filters in one group, like it is when creating "custom views" for leads. deleting a test user..
I've just upgraded to a paid version with more users. before I added these external users to the system, I wanted to check they could only see the info I wanted. I set up a test user internally, and got it working. Now I can't delete him!! does this innactive user count as one of my paid licenses!!! I hope not. nick.baskett

Problem in CRM
When I click on the Accounts, Contacts, Potentials and Camapign tabs it repeats the CRM page in the data space and no data is displayed. This does not happen with Leads, Reports and Dashboard tabs, which are working normally. Thanks in advance for your help. mturner
Multiple Warehouses
I've been using the free/trial version of Z-CRM and am wondering if it's possible to setup multiple warehouses for products. I'm finding a limitation in the following scenarios; I want to order x. qty of product I from a. vendor to be dispatched to warehouse 1 and y. qty of product I from b. vendor to be dispatched to warehouse 2. I can make a PO accordingly and enter the ship to address as Warehouses 1 & 2. However, I cannot receive the products in two separate logical Warehouses as Z-CRM can only
Maximum 3000 contact export limit?
I have repeatedly tried to export my contacts. Every time it has only exported 3000 (out of a total of around 5000). This does not seem to be a problem with Excel, but what is exported. I have found no reference to any export limitations in any of the documentation, and as far as I can see this is not a difference between Free and Professional editions (I have Free now, though would be happy to add a user to pay for it if this remedied this problem). However I cannot use Zoho CRM if it doesn't allow
Entering Sales
Im a sales rep and want to use this program to manage my clients? Is it possible to set up a monthly forecast which shows all of my accounts and what I forecast in sales and will be able to enter in the final amount for the month? Email address won't change
I have a user that I need to change the email address to lower case however it won't because it says that that email already exists. (it is also the user name.) I have changed the email address to something totally different but it still won't let me change. Dan Ashton
Currency of Potentials
Very annoying not to be able to decide upon your currency in the Amount field in the Potentials section. The best would of course be a mash-up with for example www.xe.com to have live conversion on the fly. Thanks, Per Per Dahlen

Picking an account deletes contact's address
We've encountered a strange but serious bug. We pick a contact to edit in its entirety (Edit Contact page), click the icon for Account Name lookup, select an account, and the screen refreshes and the contact's physical address is deleted. We can cancel to prevent the deletion, but I'm not sure what else in the record may be affected if we were to accept the change by mistake. The workaround is to not edit the entire record, but instead perform a specific field edit from the Contact Details page,
delete users?
I am using the free edition of web crm. I added three users. I inactivated one. I cannot add another user without getting the 'exceeded number of users free' prompt. Can I delete one of the users, which I just put in to play with the system? Thanks
Screen bug
My default CRM screen is "home". When I tried to open "Activities" I do not receive a fresh screen, but an endless loop inside home and an incomplete new sub-screen embeded into the first. This feature has inutilize CRM in my case. Please, help. dagconsultores
Template not seeming to Work
I have created a new folder and also created a new template, then when i go to write a email it states that there is no templates present. Even though the templates are still in the folder / folders Can someone guide me to why this is doing this. Cheers

Quote Email / Issue
Hi Please can you explain if i am doing this wrong I create a Quote and then i press the send email button. It generates a page with the pdf, but no email address has a red astrix for name, but no contact ability to search. Also i have created a template for quote but still does not appear. As per early post i am still unable to get any email templates working, even though email and all other functions work, the template, signatures and now the link from the sale/ quote form seem to be bugging. cheers

Cannot add contact roles to opportunities
Hello, you have a great all-around product, but i ran into a couple of glitches... I am not able to add contact roles to an opportunity. The screen says 'No Contacts Found' upon clicking 'Add Contact Roles' to the Contacts detail item in Opportunities. Also, I cannot change the name of my company, It was enterd originally with lower case letters, need to change to the correct case. Thank you. Will Hinojosa
can't add new fields to contact
Two different machines, four different attempts... we can't add new fields to our contact DB/ field list. The add field page refreshes and still has data in the field. email reminders
Would it be possible to have an option to set the time in which the email reminder would be sent for event/appointments/tasks??? Currently when you select to have an email reminder sent, it sends it immediately regardless when the event might occur ie. 1hour before start 15 min before start etc... Mitchell Kessler
CRM Templates Needed!
I'm evaluating zoho crm as an alternative to salesforce (which is free for NGO's, do you offer that?) I was hoping you might be thinking about offering "template" packages for specialty purposes, such as NGO's fundraising... When can we look for such a feature? The initial setup time it takes to dial in a crm is NO JOKE! and can be very cumbersome for most, I hope in the future it would be possible to "SAVE' a preset installation of zoho crm for new account setups to then load in. New events settings
Why is not possible to add more participants to an event? Sometimes I have to set-up a meeting with all staff from the company and have to send them automaticaly notification e-mails. email template fields not working
I'm testing out zoho and am impressed, but I can't figure out why the merge fields don't fill in the right fields. They send them email with blanks instead. Jon Robinson
