changing Categories - converting Contacts to other categori
Hello: I am just learning how to use Zoho CRM. It is my understanding that you can convert a Lead to either New Account or Contact. If you lose a customer, is there a way to convert that contact to Former Customer? I see that you can customize the Tabs by renaming. Basically I would like to be able to move a customer from Active to Cancel? Is the best way to just Rename the Tabs or is there a better method? Can you change a contact or account to another Tab? Thank you :)

Using web to lead
Hi, I am new to Zoho. For my website i don't want to use the webform interface. All Iwant to provide is a form in my website itself containing a text box. once the user submits his address their the address should be emailed to me and the record for the same should be maintained at my zoho account. Hi, Your product is very promising. The only thing I wish was possible was that in other views, like Home, Activity, Pipeline, etc...is that one of the view columns was for CAMPAIGN. It is very important for me to associate tasks and updates to each campaign. Thank you, Bruce bdub.la
Web-to-Lead Different Forms
When using web-to-lead, is it possible to setup different lead intake forms for different purposes - as long as one uses the form generator? So, for instance, one form might use six of the available fields, and another form might use 8 of the fields. I understand all the fields (including custom) must be setup and then one uses the online tool to create the form. Thanks for your help.
