My email finished syncing yesterday, but they are still not showing up on the CRM. What can I do?

New issue - started today. I have been sending emails using templates for several years now, and all of the sudden they will not show up in the Email Template window in the email pop-up. The dropdown list for email templates just continues to say "None" even though I have over 15 email templates and have been regularly using them up until yesterday.
