Can I Mass Delete Duplicate Records (Accounts)
Hello, When I had imported from another CRM about a year ago, I had imported A LOT of EXACT duplicate accounts and have over 12,000 records (reason for so many duplicates was I imported my "contacts" to my accounts and I had multiple contacts per account). I see the way to "find/merge duplicate" but that is a one by one process. Is there a way to mass delete or a duplicate record look-up and then delete? Would greatly appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks, Matt
NO Conversion Mapping in SandBox
It appears as though conversion mapping is not possible int he Sandbox environment. From setup, modules, the conversion mapping item is not in the actions menu and when editing a workflow that does the conversion, clicking on the Conversion Mapping link brings up a blank white screen. I would consider this a pretty large gap in the sandbox implementation. Anyone know how to get to the conversion mapping in sandbox?
