Overwriting Comments for returning leads
I created a custom field in my lead form for comments. Only issue I have is that when a lead returns to fill out the form again, it overwrites their original comment. There are sometimes useful content sales and refer back to that is now gone. Does anyone have this issue or is even an issue for most people? Jimmy
Workflow Condition for Field Update based on Previous Setting
We have a workflow that sets a task for when the Account Status is updated to Customer. However, we only want it to trigger when the prior status was Open. We have multiple statuses that an Account may be in so we do not want it to trigger the workflow if the prior status was anything other than Open. I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. Any ideas?
Allow template edit with mass email
Hello, Why is the template not editable? i think you choose mass email if you want to say the same thing to everyone. So why would editing the template be a problem?
Displaying date fields in a custom module in the form of a calendar on the home page.
We have a module called 'Client Meetings' where sales reps enter information on the meetings they have with clients. In this module, they enter the date the meeting was had with a client, the status of meeting "successfully held/cancelled", and we also have a workflow that runs such that whenever a meeting is successfully held, a new meeting is scheduled 1 month later in the 'Client Meetings' module, with the status "scheduled". I already discovered that you can enter data in a subform unless you are in EDIT mode for a lead. Not great... but if needed to... ok... My question is this. Is it possible to have the data on the subform exported out in a merged document? For example, we have contracts and data cover sheets that get merged from fields in the lead. Creating tasks from Outlook email
Is there a way to create / assign Zoho CRM tasks within Outlook email? I see that there are different Outlook add-in/integrations but I can't seem to figure what the difference is between them. What has others used to do this? We currently use another application to easily create tasks from emails. Permissions Problems - Keep leads visible to Lead Owner
Hello, I am sure this is a common problem, so if someone can just point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I tried calling Tech Support, but they barely spoke English and did not understand my inquiry. What I want to do is to allow vendors to input leads into my Zoho CRM and give them full ability to track ONLY those leads throughout the entire process. Right now, when they assign a lead to me, it vanishes from their screen. So my permissions are being triggered by the Lead Owner.

Emails Tab Not Showing for User but shows up for Admin
The user is accessing Zoho through a browser on a tablet. In Modules and Fields settings, I have 'Displayed in Tabs As' is Emails, Module Name is Emails, 'Shared To' is All Profiles. When I hover over Emails and choose Module Permission, it shows administrator and standard. The user who is not seeing the Emails tab is set up as a Standard profile.
