Deal Stage No Longer Setting a Default Value
Hi Community, My agents raised a concern today. Previously, when creating Deals, our Stage field has a lock icon and defaulted to our first deal stage. Today, they noticed that it has no lock icon anymore and they can choose the Deal stage. Anybody else notice this behavior?
Sharing Zoho meeting webinar to social media through Zoho Campaigns?
Hello, First of all, I think the Zoho Campaigns- Zoho Meeting integration has a lot of potential. However, it seems like a feature is missing: When sharing a Zoho Meeting webinar through Zoho Campaigns, the only way to send the campaign is thorugh mailing list (screenshot 84). Is there a way to share it on social media, for example Facebook? Thanks!
Sync WooCommerce Membership Status To Zoho CRM Contacts Module
Hi everyone! I'm wondering the best way to sync a WooCommerce Membership status to Zoho CRM? Ideally, this is how it would work: 1. A customer purchases a 1 year subscription on our site via WooCommerce memberships. 2. A field update occurs in Zoho CRM>Contacts denoting an active subscription. (Text field or boolean, doesn't matter.) 3. After 1 year when the subscription expires, it updates Zoho CRM>Contacts to reflect the subscription is no longer active. (Text field or boolean, doesn't matter.)
Zoho CRM emailing
I was receiving an error "Could not convert to TLS" when trying to email contacts directly in Zoho CRM. My IT dept worked with Zoho and determined the issue was something on the exchange server, which is fixed. The mail server itself is only set up to accept the connection in general, not per user so we don’t understand why this is affecting some people and not others. The initial error "Could not convert to TLS" now saying "535.5.7.3. Authentication Unsuccessful" PLEASE HELP
Marketplace tab in CRM toolbar
Hello, I just.noticed there is a new "module" called marketplace in our CRM toolbar. This is a tab along with Acounnts, leads, contact etc. The content is the same as of Setup / Marketplace. Is there a way, and how, to remove this tab, so the market place is only found in setup as usual ? Thanks

Using "contacts" only
We are having problems with staff being overwhelmed with "prospects", "accounts", "contacts". Has anybody just put everything into contacts only? Our deals are not recording well in ZOHO CRM because they are small and often ongoing. We are establishing relationships with clients and the estimate and invoices is run through a different program that doesn't play well with Zoho. So does anyone just use one module for the database?
Deactivated Workflow Still Running and Triggering
Hey Team, I deactivated 4 workflows but they are still running and triggering custom functions. Do deactivated workflows still continue running custom functions? I deactivated 10:51PM and still ran and triggered custom functions. See screenshot. Please advise how to stop deactivated workflows from triggering custom functions.

Applying a function/workflow that triggers on Create/Edit to older records!
So at work, we've recently put into place a new system where various functions/workflows are used to dictate a number of statuses regarding our client. Right now, this is all working fine for any newly created Client records in the 'Clients' module. The problem is that retrofitting this into older records is proving difficult. What I tried is making a dummy checkbox called 'Mass Update', and applying a mass update on that to trigger the workflow on all the older records, but it says that workflow

Sorting list of dates fetched from module by latest to oldest.
So some quick background - We have a module called 'Client Meetings' where there is a custom DateTime field where the sales rep inputs the date that client was met. We have a function takes in a Client's ID, then fetches all records in the 'Client Meetings' module tied to that client. Why do Zoho webforms still use tables like its 1995?
I find this extremely frustrating. Every time I need a new webform (or update an existing one) I have to recode the form's embed code to strip out all the <table> <td> <tr> code and manually retype these into <div>s to make the form responsive on mobile devices. 1. Why is Zoho still using tables in 2020? 2. What is being done to update this webform code to be natively responsive on all devices and when will this be available?

CRM invoice error - freeze when calculating tax

Duplicates in Custom Reporting
I have built a customized report to view one of our users Events/Check in Status to ensure he is completing his weekly call cycle. The modules I have used are: Event, Account and Notes. Exceeding 500 emails in mass email using Professional edition
I sent a list of "leads" a mass email that was about 3200 email addresses long, which exceeded the 500 recipients that the "Professional Edition" limits me to for single mass emails per day. Will 500 more emails per day be automatically sent in the following days...and repeated(each day) until all 3200 emails in the original single mass email request are sent? Regards, Jeremy

Why Should I Use the Leads Module? Looking to Simplify.
Posted previously, but starting a new topic. What is the advantage of having a lead? Why not just enter all as Contacts? I have been toying with the idea of entering everyone in the Contacts Module, and using a "Contact Type" field to change the record from "Lead" to "Contact". You can set up and save a View in the Contact Module so that you only see Leads, Contacts, or other types of contacts that you have.
