TAB Duplication / Renaming?
Can I duplicated a TAB in Zoho CRM? I want to duplicate my LEADS tab, add it to my group bar and then re-name it - this way it fits better to our organization. Can this be done & if so, how do I do it? Thanks!
installation misunderstanding
I'm trying to integrate asterisk on CRM. Downloaded the Phonebridge adapter and got 'UnknownHostException' while installing the adapter. I don't understand what this error means. I don't understand the adapter is installed or not. When I try to dial the number from lead, which I created for a test, there appear popup windows with text, 'CONNECTING' but no traffic comes to PBX server. What can I check?
Updating Tasks from contact page
I have several tasks for each customer. It is tedious to have to edit each task and repetitive to update each task. 1. Mail Merge Workflow/Function
I am trying to automate my mail merge process. My customers need to sign 3 separate documents. Each of those need to be created via mail merge. They then need to be attached to a template email and sent. Doing the above manually is possible, but extremely long winded. Is there a way to automate it?
Need to remove all accounts and contacts imported
I attempted to import a salesforce.com account and contact listing. Somehow it ended up duplicating all of the names as well as my user name. Everything is doubled. Is it possible to completely reset the app back to the initial setup to start over again?

i want to set de custom view for some users, it this possible or its posible to hide the public views for example hide the "all requisitions", if i try to edit it it doesn't show the filter to show only to certain users, i think because its a standard view, is there a way to hide theses views?
How to generate Auth token for integration with another platform
Hi! I'm trying to integrate my Zoho CRM account with my GetResponse via their integration. To connect these services, I need an Auth token, but I can't find where to generate it. I tried following the steps in this tutorial: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/can-i-generate-a-new-authentication-token but I don't see the "Authentication Token Generation" option. Allow Each User to Choose if they want Email Notifications
Hello, it would be a really cool feature if each Zoho CRM user could decide if they want email notifications. At the moment it is not possible for Users to choose what - if any notifications they want emailed to them. I know we can change the Workflow and select the Send Reminder on Tasks but these are decided by other people in the organisation, not the actual user who has to receive all these emails. Reducing the amount of emails and working within the CRM is a good idea to increase productivity.
Please Label Tab Groups
Zoho CRM gives the ability to create tab groups, however there is no indication for a user what tab group is actually selected. Therefore the user may need to select the 3 dots before they even realize the view they are in does not have the module they want to get to. Or they have to select the hamburger icon to confirm which tab group is selected. Please consider adding a title that makes it instantly obvious to the user what tab group is selected. I am trying to connect a google sheet that I use for another purpose to my Zoho account. I want to be able to push information through Zoho to the sheet so that my customer can see the status of his orders. Why not allow a user specified Phone Number Format in the Customization area
If you provide a way for administrators to define a "Phone" format rule within the Customization area, then all muy numbers would display in a consistent manner regardless if they were: Manually entered on the desktop version Keyed into the mobile App Imported from an outside data source Also - can you provide a "Phone" number format option on the Sheet view. Issue / Feature Request - Disassociate fields from Views
Hi, I'm reorganising our Deals module and removing fields which are no longer necessary, however I'm finding a lot of these fields are used in upwards of 20 different views by our various sales team / members. These views are mostly defunct and unused themselves, but in order to delete the field I have to edit every single view to remove it which is very time consuming. Workflow Rule Criteria not working correctly in some cases in Zoho CRM
In our system we have many workflows to help us automate our tasks and make our job more efficient in Zoho CRM. Most of the workflows work correctly; however, there are 3 which have a single condition: look for a string of characters in a custom Text Area (Small) and perform some actions in case the string is found. All 3 workflows look for different strings in the exact same field. None of the strings has special characters. As an example, one of the workflows looks for the string "Pick-up (Sultanahmet)"
Cant Delete user
i have a bug or weird problem, we tried to invite one of our users to our CRM, but apparently that user created a zoho account before the invitation, so even that the user is invited to our CRM, that user only see the trial CRM version and not our Data base, so we tried deleting the user from our CRM and then close that account on zoho account (the onehat sees the free version), so we can start the whole process from fresh, it wont let me delete the account, even thought its deleted at our CRM,
How can I get discount to show on the quote sent to the customer?
Hi, When creating a quote there is an option to add a discount. However, when the quote is sent to a customer or extracted as a PDF the discount does not show. Hello Everyone, The help docs don't really explain a way to test this on a single user. It says that I can turn it on for users I choose which in theory will work but we have had other integrations with o365 that have just automatically attached itself my users in o365. My question is for anyone who has done this integration: If i were to enable this and get the o365 add in will it automatically enable everyone in my o365 org or will it give me the ability to have everyone turned off for the time
