Delays on Send/Receive causing duplicates on IMAP
I seem to be getting delays on my users send receive using Outlook 2016. Which seems to be causing duplicate emails to be created. Example: Item comes to Inbox, rule sorts email to a folder, or it gets deleted. Another email shows up in the Inbox 1-5 minutes later. This could be repeated a few times. We noticed this issue starting around 2pm Central Time July 23th 2019.

Dashboards is Not Reading CRM Info Properly
Is anyone else having an issue with the Dashboards module not reading the data properly...I run the same information in Reports, and it will read accurately, but when I create the same report in in Dashboards the information it shows is completely inaccurate. But if I create a Chart in Dashboards, and have it pull from a Report instead...then it's accurate. Anyone else having these issues?
How do I format a spreadsheet for easy import of advertiser leads to CRM?
Is there a template I can open in excel for easy uploading of an excel file to the CRM? I want to upload a large number of advertiser fields and can't figure out how to format the document so that Zoho can import it. I exported an excel file of a few pre-existing leads so I could use that format. We have many data fields, but only 10 are required for a lead to be saved. Help working with email templates
I'm trying to figure out how I could use a email template to invite leads to a trade show. We go to about a dozen shows a year. The information would be the same except for the Show Name, Booth, Date and Location. I thought I could add those fields into a CRM Campaign and then email leads that way the CRM Campaigns template can only be used for internal email notifications. Creating a new email template for each show is not practical. Changing an existing template isn't the best option either.

Issue with removing custom field in CRM
In my implementation setup test I created a new multi-pick field via the Customisation Modules & Fields section in CRM module. But it was of the wrong type so I want to delete it but I can’t. I can’t even remove it from the layout screen (as per in red box in attached graphic). It does let you choose to delete but it just stays there. Integration of Contacts between Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk not working
Hi, I have initiated one way integration from Zoho CRM to Zoho Desk. Yesterday the accounts managed to sync but I then also created 2 contacts and as of now (at least 16 horus later) it has not synced them, they cannot be found in Zoho Desk. How can I resolve this? It's not working as expected. As accounts and contacts are key items you'd expect them to synchronise immediately if not rather quickly. Testing Email Merge Fields from the "Send Test Email" Button
We are uploading all of our email templates to prepare for our Zoho roll out. I have entered in the fields correctly, but when I send a test email to myself from teh "Preview" area that says "Send Test Email", the fields never populate (please see attached photos). Setting Layout Rules and Mandsatory Fields for Stages
Hi, I have just started up on Zoho and want to set certain fields as mandatory before a deal can progress to a certain stage. I have added layout rules on a map (as attached), however it seems that if I have say for example 5 fields which i set as mandatory to be able to get to the stage "Scoping", Zoho will not let the user fill out 2 of the 5 fields and save it (obviously without progressing the deal to scoping as all 5 fields have not been entered). Problems with Migrating attachments from Salesforce to Zoho CRM
wizard works ok but cant create new custom fields for attachment module - we have quite a few text fields, user lookups that we would want linked. can proceed without linking these but then the files are ALL skipped in the migration csv for data and attachments folder with actual files any advice appreciated we are evaluating zoho one but if we cant achieve this we may need to look elsewhere cheers Michelle
Remove From Workflow
We have a Workflow rule that has 9 different actions. When triggered the phone and mail activites are added to the record, the e-mails show when the are sent over a period of weeks. How do I remove a lead from the workflow for the future e-mail yet to be sent as part of the workflow? The workflow is originally triggered by changing the "lead status" to "dental workflow" if I change the status back to none they still get the future e-mail. We do not what to delete the lead.
