Counting follow-ups and sales interactions "touches" to a lead.
Problem: In zoho you have no way to count or total sales/marketing interactions. For example how many calls, emails, direct mail, follow-ups, etc... did a lead receive? I have no way of knowing this critical information from the CRM. Solution: Have some way to increment fields +1 and have rule-based counting of task logs.
Layout Based On A Pick List?
I am trying to use this to manage multiple client types. One of the client types is "Buyer" the other is "Seller" When I enter a new lead, I want to be able to select Buyer or Seller from a pick list, and based on that, display the corresponding layout. I also need to change the stages based on that pick-list as well. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

I am really buffled by the choice of OAuth2 for API access. How are we supposed to ingegrate it into an SSR application that can be deployed and redeployed, started and restarted hundreds of times in the course of its lifetime. Unable to edit Creator form in CRM
Hello, I am having an issue that has just popped up. I go to Zoho CRM and click the tab for a client snapshot I created in Zoho Creator , I can see the snapshot but when I go to edit it I am met with an error message saying : “You''re required to share your location to continue. You have blocked your location from Zoho Creator. Please allow to continue. Learn more.” I am able to edit the snapshot in Creator no problem but now I cannot edit in Zoho CRM. What is going on here? Hi Can anyone assist with the above, I cannot get the form subission to redirect to en entirely new page, for some reason the redirect is happening within the iframe but I need it to redirect to an entirely new page in the parent window. CRM for B2B AND B2C?
Suppose you have a B2B web design business AND a B2C real estate business. How do you manage them with one CRM? I would imagine that it would get very confusing if you tried to use the same modules for both. The best idea I can come up with is to 2 sets of modules: B2B Leads, Contacts, etc and B2C Leads, Contacts, Etc. Anybody else have an idea on how to do this?

Hello, I made an event. "Employee 1" is host. Went to the event > Participants > add > user and added/invited "Employee 2". The events now show up on Employee 2's google calendar, but he doesn't show up under invited/going/maybe. It doesn't register in his "events" on zoho - though it does show up on the calendar b/c its on his google calendar. Workflows on encrypted fields
I want to workflow that checks whether my bank details fields (which are encryted) are empty or not. Unfortunately, encrypted fields don't seem to appear in workflow rules. I can understand not wanting workflows based on underlying values of an encrypted field, but seems a bit strange to stop verifying whether empty. Has anyone got any ideas on a way to get around this? Is this a feature that anyone else would find useful?

Sales Inbox and Email opened incorrect
Zoho you need to fix a major issue When using Sales Inbox and viewing unopened emails IF i click on the email that was sent to the person and is unopened it then shows as opened in sales signals.,.
