How do I remove second verification security particularly using my phone. It is stopping me use my account. I am an international traveller. I often need to use VPN because of local restrictions. I have to use a different sim for different countries because of mobile call charges. Often when I have access to the phone required for verification the line is too poor for SMS and clearly therefore inadequate to recieve the spoken code. Hello Originally when I set up Zoho services, I set the Super Admin as an admin@ email address. I then set up a separate personal address for me at camilla@ and one for my sales guy at bryce@. I trialed the free version of the CRM with three users: admin@, camilla@, and bryce@. Now, I want to subscribe to Zoho CRM Professional and pay for just two users - camilla@ and bryce@ - as I won't be contacting clients through the admin@ email address. Hi all, Currently in the process of evaluating several CRMs, have shortlisted to two, Zoho CRM and another package. Have signed up for trials in both. Currently trialing the Zoho Enterprise CRM edition. CEO default role when join CRM
Hi folks, Just paid and signup and login to ZOHO CRM. Everythin looks great. However, my name account is the "Super Admin" which is can be expected as I am the charge for the Application but by default I am the Role of CEO... I cannot change the role of CEO as it is a System defined field? Why did they choose CEO not something like ZOHO Admin or somthing like that? I have to create all the users of the Sales team and included the REAL CEO and show a demo to tomorrow with the basics. My boss the CEO

I can't add Captcha on my CRM web form
I am using the trial version of Zoho CRM, Standard edition. I can see, but cannot add the Captcha field into my Web Form. Both File Upload and Captcha cannot be "grabbed" to bring into the form. I used in my old (local installed) SuiteCRM/SugarCRM fork the field Googlesearch: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q={name}where "name" stands for the Account Name field. ....THAT WAS WORKING FINE.!!! Imported Contacts of Deleted Users
When I have to remove someone from our organization, I do not want to lose any of their information, including contacts imported and correspondence sent via GMail. However, I would like to be able to delete their GMail account when I remove them. If I delete their GMail account while there is an existing integration with ZOHO, will I lose access from within ZOHO to all previous correspondence and imported contacts? Hi there. Implementing OAuth2 and wonder why the afore mentioned endpoint does not exist. I already complained that this endpoint is poorly documented, maybe the reason is that it does not exist anymore. However, it is being invoked by the Java SDK. Is the Java SDK outdated too? Good Evening, I am using for now the free edition of Zoho CRM. I would like to connect my leads with a specific Mailchimp list 'My Zoho Clients'. Using the Mailchimp extension from marketplace I saw that it creates a new list in Mailchimp 'Zoho CRMleads' and then it syncs the leads to this list. This is not exactly what I want. I think that this extension is not possible to send the leads from the Zoho CRM to a specific Mailchimp list. Do you know a free sync tool which can do the above?

Mass Schedule Call
I'd like to create a call list for a user. Either by mass selecting the records or through a filtered search. Essentially I would like to be able to mass choose the contacts, schedule a call and assign those calls to a specific team member. Basically to run a phone bank. So once the user was done with the call for Contact A and entering the info, they would go back to the list and Contact A would be gone because the call is complete and they would move on to Contact B.

All, On a weekly base an email is sent to several employees in the company. This mail contains a report with valuable information regarding leads. When receiving the mail, the from mail address is systemgenerated@zoho.eu. Some of the employees do not recognize this mail address and delete the mail. How to send an email to a 2nd email address associated with Lead or Account
Within CRM, I have a primary contact, or Lead. There is a second person closely related to the Lead that I'd like to send an email to, who has a different email address.. Is there a way to do this? Perhaps connecting the Lead module to another module? As it relates to the Lead, I'd like to set up a task, or automated task even, to send an email to this second person. Recurring emails actually, once per month. Perhaps this can be set up outside of CRM?

Problem: New UI - Misaligned Fields
With the new UI rollout has anybody else noticed misaligned (custom) fields all over the place? I have issues in the following modules: - Quotes - Sales Orders - Accounts - Contacts - Leads - Tasks - Cases Screenshots attached. This was reported to Zoho at the beginning of the week but no resolution. It's not a huge deal but looks very unprofessional and just another chip away at the confidence level my users have in the system. It would be nice if you had the ability to switch over to the new UI
