why am i not receiving my email alerts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i set the call for a follow-up and they are not coming in to my email on the day specified- it has worked like clockwork for years.......using outlook need this fixed asap!
How can I change the fonts for the section titles in a CRM module
I can't find a way to change the section titles in a CRM module. I have a lot of fields in my Accounts module, and it is hard to read due to the section titles not being distinct enough. Does anyone have a way to make this change?

Contact not associated when creating an event
Hello, When I create a new event from within a task using the right panel, the task's contact is not automatically associated to the event and I have to select the contact again in the event popup. When I add a new call or a new task it works fine and the contact is associated whith the new recored, but not when adding an event. Did anybody have the same issue and found a work-around ? Hi, I am using the Free edition of Zoho CRM. When trying to login I got message that the account has been disabled. Is my data still there? Can I access it again? Sorry! emails that are not kept private in a multi-user environment
In a multi-user Zoho environment, I share the Accounts with all users. Although all privacy settings are set correctly, I have found that when I send an email to an Account, via the CRM, that the emails are visible to other users. Zoho's customer support's response was to send those emails via another email provider, such as Zoho mail. Google Calendar Sync
We are a law firm and we use the "Cases" tab to organize our cases. Within that tab, we add Activities to the calendar. When I add a new activity, everything syncs to the zoho calendar and then to the google calendar that it synced to it. However, if I edit the date of an event, it won't move it on my google calendar. The "chat" at the bottom right of ZOHO CRM - is that supposed to be internal among users or is it supposed to be some sort of external? It would be great if there was a way we could rate our clients in the CRM for internal purposes! I.e. Star ratings or smilies - similar to how you rate feedback after chatting with us Companies like Uber have adopted this kind of technique. It just helps users gauge how reliable a client is / how good the experience has been in the past :)

Appointments and sheduling
I thinks that many people would agree that making appointments within the CRM module is pretty horrible. With multiple engineers on the road it is a night mare. If you use seperate accounts for them then you can not on a mobile device look at all appointments for the day. Also finding the next available appointment by location does not seem possible.In fact the location field is next to useless as it cannot grab info from the connected contact. I appreciate zoho might not get the service engineer

Is there any function to quickly and easily find and remove duplicates. We now have over 3000 people on our database and a number of duplicates. Also the search function doesn't still work propertly sometimes, ie doesn't find names we know are on the database. Thanks bercap

Activity Reminders
I seem to be having problems getting Activity reminders. I have recently set an account for a New Company and the little Alarm clock isn't present. I have set reminders on activity but these haven't triggered. I have looked at settings in the calender and they set for reminders. At a bit of a loss. Anyone else having problems?
How can I create a filter for today and overdue activities?
I want to create a filter when I can see all the activities for today and overdue. But for activities I mean, calls, visits, task, send a email. Because if I used the filters that come by default someties I see that I don´t have more to do, when I'm forgeting someting and for me changing to one filter or another is a wast time. If this has been discussed before, I can't seem to find it. We created a simple quote template, leveraged from the one we used in SalesForce. I am unable to view the leads assigned.
Hi, I represent marketing team. Leads are either manually entered or imported directly from the website. Based on the Lead I will assign it to the respective Sales colleague. The problem starts here, Once the lead is assigned I am not able to view the Lead from my login. Sort Fields By Tab Order on Merge Duplicates Page
I modified the layout of my lead module to a two-column format with top-to-bottom tab order. This works great on the lead entry page, but when I go to merge duplicates, it puts the fields in left-to-right order. The groups of related fields get all mixed up with each other making it a big pain to run down the list and make choices about which record to use. I've added a few screenshots to demonstrate what I'm talking about.
