Hi There, I am trying to figure out how to turn off "Big Deal" alert. I have no idea how to turn this off, and whenever I close a deal over 5K it sends an email out to everyone on the team. Pls Help.
Potentials Matrix report totals don't match up with summary report
I created a matrix report comparing Potential Owner with Stage (Stage History). This gives me a great snap shot of where our sales team stands. In order to validate the totals I created a separate summary report on Potentials. I am grouping by Stage(Stage History). For both reports I created a filter date where "Potential Last Activity Time" is set to "Last Week". If I look at one particular BDM, in the matrix report I get a total of 53 records. In my potential report I get a total of 71 records.

I use Zoho CRM for my business and I make frequent use of the mail portal from within the leads/contacts window to communicate with leads and contacts. I have two different email addresses that I use for my business but I'm able to have only one enabled at a time for Zoho CRM. If I forward the emails from the one address to the other that I have enabled on my account will those start showing up in the email portal?

Problem with Potentials, Quotes and Invoices
We need to have all currency formatted in European Style, 14.256,00 € or EUR 14.256,00. This means, we need to exchange Decimal separator and Thousands separator for being able to issue invoices in Euro format and it would be great if we can have an espace between the currency Symbol and the figure. I have a user who can view a Potential if he goes to the Potentials tab, but from the Home tab (or any other tab), if he uses the Search function at the top of the screen, the search results come back with "No matching record(s) found..." help?
Sharing a Potential with another user when the Module is set to private
I would like to use Territory management to share Potentials with other users where the data sharing is private. I created a Territory name for each User (using their name) and used a picklist of users in the Opportunity and a Territoty Rule to assign an additional user to the User's Territory. Unfortunately my Potentials do not have an associated Accounts. It appears Territory Management does not work for Potentials with no associated Accounts. Anyone any ideas how a user can make a Potential

Data sharing rules limit at 15
I see on the Enterprise edition there is a limit of only 15 Data Sharing rules? Is this correct and is it org wide or per user? We use territories, but they only work on Accounts, Contacts & Potententials. We need to give granular access to Inventory modules, i.e. Quotes, P.O. and Invoices and Cases to non-sales team members. It seems the 15 rule limit is not practical. Thanks
What can we do to avoid spam messages?
I use a web-to-lead form on my company's website and I've been got a lot of spam messages, as you can see on following snapshot: So, what can I do to avoid those annoying stuff? I've configured the Recaptcha from Google and programmatically adapted to web-to-lead form in order to try blocking those spammers, however they still coming. If there something I can do it would be wonderful. My hosting is from GoDaddy with cPanel, if it's relevant.

Territory Selection Drop-Down Problem
Hi. When using the territory selection drop-down, I used to be able to select, for example, "North America & Its Subterritories" from a secondary drop-down. (See attached document). Now when I try to do so this secondary drop-down disappears. I thought this could be browser related (I use Google Chrome), so I tried Firefox and IE to no avail. Paste e-mail addresses to add contacts to campaigns?
I can't seem to figure out how to do this easily, but the only way to add contacts to a campaign through various uploads or checking them off in the "Existing Contacts" dialogue? Seems like there are lots of web apps out there that let you simply paste a list of e-mail addresses into a window and that gives you your list. I'd love it if Zoho could implement this, unless it's already there somewhere...

Is there any way to temporarily deactivate certain workflows? I am attempting to import a large number of items that could potentially trigger tasks to be assigned.

Default Date field on a web form
Hi, I have a hidden field on a form which is a date field, I want the field to default to the date the form is submitted. Workflow not sending emails
I put on my website a "new lead" form and additionally I configured a workflow to send a "thankyou" email when a new lead comes from website and the rule should be applied only when a lead is created and not edited. But in my case, I set in config to aprove each lead before, in order to avoid spammers. The problem is that the email has not been sent and I have no idea why. So, my point is: when a lead needs to be approved, is it considered as a new lead from the "workflow view"? Can we apply a rule
