How our company should use Zoho (B2B)
I am a sales rep at a company that has recently invested in Zoho. We are trying to figure out from a broad level how to use the software. Our company sells to school districts. We have a database of every school district in the United States that we would like to upload into Zoho. Our sales reps will then gather information about the districts in their territories and maintain that information in Zoho as they sell within their territories. We would like to use Zoho to manage our sales pipelines.

Best Practices for tracking client activities
We have individual contacts who attend our various trainings and events, and we'd like to be able to show the history of attendance on the client record. What's the best way to do this? We're not using Zoho CRM for event registration or anything, so would we create a bunch of events and then attach individual contacts to them? Could all of this be handled with an import of some kind? Curious about the workflow for others in similar positions.

Web forms are not working for my client
Hi, I am trying to convince a customer to get ZohoCRM and Campaigns and we are now in the trial period and I am having a problem with web forms. I created one against potential clients and is not working. How do I track services proposed?
I need to be able to track: 1) What services I am proposing to a potential client 2) How much work (variable monthly retainer or set number of hours depending on job) I am proposing for that particular service. Here's an example: If I am proposing a landscape job to someone I might quote them $XXX (hourly rate) for an 8 hour job. I might quote them a flat fee of $XXX for a job. I might quote them $XXX/month for an ongoing monthly service. How do i keep track of what I am proposing to each individual

Display label for Pie Chart in Dashboard
Apologies if this has been answered before, but could not find it in the forum nor the help sections. Is there any way to display the value associated with each pie section on the Dashboard Pie Chart? Example: A pie called conversion rate with two sections: Won / Lost where Won is 75% and Lost 25%. Currently I have to hover the mouse over each section to see the value. Can I have it displayed directly? Thanks for the support
Pie Chart Issues
I had a pie chart on my dashboard and clicked Edit. I ended up not making any edits, but it changed my pie chart to a vertical bar and I am not able to change it back. When I get to the screen for Chart Type, pie chart is listed, but I can't click on any of the types. It is defaulted to vertical bar. How can I get my pie chart back?
Import contact error Tile should not contain more than 1500 rows
Good morning, My name is Sandrine, I delete all my contacts so I could import a better new list of contact and leads. In my CVS file are around 600 rows. But when I try to import it, I get this message: Crm.zoho.com says tile should not contain more than 1500 rows I clicked ok and nothing else have happened. can't delete auto number field
Hi, I have two issues: I added a custom auto number field and then deleted it. 1. Now I need to create an auto number custom field, but it won't let me saying i can only have one such field!?! But at the moment I have no auto number field as the previous one was deleted. Proof of that can be seen when I go to create a new contact, this field is not there. 2. I looked in the existing records & I see they still have the original auto number field I created. I really need to erase that data as well.

Transferring notes in a Lead to a potential automatically
Whenever I convert a lead, I would want all notes in that lead to be automatically visible in the potentials as well for that account. Is it possible. I can see it in the contact and account but not in the potential.

Email templates and PDF attachments not working
I am able to create an email template and execute through a macro successfully. However, when I edit the template and add a .pdf attachment, after executing the macro the email sends but the .pdf document is not attached. Please help Thanks Scott
Uploading logo causes organization already exists error
When uploading my logo, I get the logo as illustrated in the attached screen shot. I've also attached the logo I'm trying to upload. When I first received the error, I was able to add a space after the original organization name and it worked; however, it was too big so then I couldn't use that trick again. Please advise.
prospect not moving to customer

google chrome will not delete contacts
I am using windows 10 and google. when I try to delete contacts in zoho CRM nothing happens. I tried it in IE and it worked. I prefer to use chrome as my default browser - anyone know how to fix this? maybe its a setting in the browser? Thank you,
Archive Lost Potentials ?
If I lose a deal, I expect to be able to archive it in some way so it does not continue to show up in Potentials. Or there should be a filter for "lost deals". I often circle back to deals we have lost a few month or up to a year later. In order to not see it in the potentials list, the only thing I can do is delete it, which makes no sense at all. This is pretty basic functionality and the lack of a solution here makes the product far less usable. Solutions?
Generating a Report : Quotes by Product

Update Potential's link to a Campaign via Sheet view
Dear Zoho team, Is there a limitation that you can't use the Campaign ID field via Sheet view to update the potential's link to the Campaign Module. Potential Id Campaign Source Id 1185867000007790434 1185867000006959125 If I use a custom view for Potentials and show the records in Zoho Sheets. Then add the campaign ID and save. Running sales report for Potentials with multiple products leads to duplicate entries
I am having a problem...I am running a sales report (one of the built-in ones, and nothing fancy) and here is what is happening Running report on all closed potentials If a Potential has had multiple products added to it I get duplicate entries in the report, all of the same value All I want is each Closed Potential's value shown to me only once....you can see in the screenshot below....each of those duplicate numbers is actually from the same potential (4 potentials in total) and it messes up the
