How do I edit the phone number pre-ample "+", it conflicts with autodial in Skype
When we make a phone call from Skype ... Zoho adds a + as a preamble to the phone number and the call fails. How can we prevent or modify this setting in Zoho?

No notification or e-mail reminder send
Hello I have been having some trouble with Zoho CRM. When I make a task and want a reminder on email, I don’t get a notification on e-mail. Furthermore, I don’t get notifications of any updates in the systems, if one of my co-workers are making new leads etc. At the same time my co-workers gets notifications and e-mail reminders when they do the tasks for themselves. But if I make the task for them, they don’t get either.
Can we export the records that were not imported during an import session?
Let's say - I tried to import 10,000 records. 7000 got imported. 3000 didnt get imported because the mandatory fields were missing in them. Can I export those 3000 separately so that I can work on it and re-import? I was told at the CRM workshop that you can export it! In my import history, I can see "export" in one of the activities but not the one I want to export. I have a number of lookup fields in my Potential records, and I'd like to restrict the contact lists that pop up when I access those lookup fields. Currently, I need to attach the name of an Auditor to an organization's record, but in the Auditor lookup field, I get the default list which is contacts associated with that organization or "All Contacts." Unable to see campaigns and emails
Hi, One of my staff members uses Gmail for his email. He has integrated it in with Zoho Crm. Recently, We had a security issue and we issues 2 Factor Authentication on all of our gmail accounts. Since this change, we aren't seeing any emails in the lead record. We have generated a new application password on google but the emails still aren't showing up. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I'm new to Zoho CRM and trying to get it all setup and working for my business. One thing i find very important is getting avatars from social media into my CRM. Personally i think this is a feature Zoho has to have from itself since a lot of simpler CRM's already provide this. But for now it will do with my Google Apps Contacts sync. I got it all synced up, but i notice that the contact with avatar in my Google Contect do not have a avatar in in Zoho. How can i achieve this?

Can't view "created date" in Closed Activities
Hi, Under Closed Activities, as of last week, I used to see the "created date" or "last contact" date and now there is nothing there, it is empty. How do I add these fields in my view? Does the admin need to do it? and if so, how?

ZCRM Date Time Input Changes
29 days ago I wrote the note below note about changes to data and time selection. The change introduced more "clicks" in our user workload but they could still enter a customer time. However, today, my users are very distressed because the only time options available are 30 minute increments and this is a serious problem for us. We write thousands of Sales Order per year, with precise delivery time instructions, i.e. Delivery 11:20 AM etc. But now we can only chose 11:30 AM - which is 10 minutes

Show Vendor Field in Potential
When we setup a vendor we allocate them to a product manager group. Example we would have Cisco as vendor and Networking as PM Group. this is setup in vendors. In a potential we pull up the related vendor (ie: Cisco) and would like to automatically pull up the PM Group in the Potential.

Web to Lead Form With Two Different Free Reports
I have two web to lead forms set up to receive leads' information and send them free reports. Each form is on a different landing page, and each subject is different. I want to capture the leads AND know which lead is associated with which subject (free report). All I see now in the notification to me (lead owner) is the form information: First Name, Last Name, and Email address. How do I indicate which report the lead received? Thanks!

'Company name' not uploading from CSV file
Hi, I have just tried to upload a CSV file with some new contacts and everything has uploaded fine, apart from the Company name which is missing. This should have worked as next to the Company ID field in the upload I selected the Company name from the file. I have done this twice to be sure and it has still not filled in the company name. Please advise on how to fix this without manually having to go through and editing?
Inventory Template and adding staff information

How to automate a series of emails to be sent to a lead, one every few days?
I'm interested in automating a series of emails to be sent every 4 or 5 days after the creation of the lead. Is there any way to do that without manual intervention? Here's the situation -- when we get a new lead, we send an email requesting some information. If we don't hear back from the lead, then we want to send a second email 4 days later. If we DO hear back from the lead, we do NOT want to send the 2nd email. Is there a way for me to set this up?
Can I delete all the Notes associated with all the companies on Zoho?
Hi there, When we transferred over from our previous CRM system, we added all of our previous emails associated with that CRM to the Notes section on Contacts and Companies. However, we would now like to remove all of the notes from Companies and leave them linked to the individual contacts only. Is there a quick way of doing this?

Quickest way to show contacts at a company?
Hi, This might sound a bit basic, but when typing in a company name in to the search bar in Zoho CRM, it only brings up a few of the contacts for each company - not all of them. You then have to either go in to the Companies Module and select the company and then look up the contacts or run a report - both of which are much more time consuming than simply being shown all of the contacts in the first place when searching. Have you got any idea how to make this work more more efficiently or am I doing

Hi there, I have just changed jobs but am using the same laptop. My old job used zoho email but not a zoho crm. As part of my new job I am setting up a zoho crm. However my old email address is linked to the new zoho crm that I have set up. I tried to go in to the Accounts section to change it to my gmail address but it wont let me. It keeps saying invalid current password. I went to my gmail and changed the password and tried again but it keeps saying invalid current password. Please help ! :)
Create enterprise with same address when importing a contact?
Hi, when I import a contact it automatically creates a new enterprise if it doesn't already exist. So far so good. Why is it that the enterprise is created without address info, while this info is available in the newly created contact? Thanks
