Double Up Descriptions
Hi When we enter a new product and then add the description for this product, the description will then come out twice under the product code on an invoice, we then proceed to take the description off the product, which then is all ok, except when we then used that product for a quote - theres no description?
Deleting links from zoho crm

Two people working at different times with two Zoho email accounts. Can we have two separate emails on the same CRM user account, if so how do we do it as Zoho keeps opening up a new account when it is clicked on
Restricting who can add Product to Account
Hi guys - Can you advise whether I can restrict which users are allowed to add Products to Accounts? I can't find it in the Profile settings. I can restrict permissions on the individual modules but not on the connections between them? We are a member association so knowing who subscribes to what is really important for us. We need the information to be trusted so would prefer to restrict who is able to add a subscription (Product) to an account. Thanks, Linda
Potential Activity/Notes showing up on Contact
Hi there, how do I make sure that all activity created for the potentials do show up on the associated contact & vice-versa? Same question for Notes? At the moment, one has to look at both records (Contact & Potentials) to see the full picture of all activity/notes for it. Many thanks1
Changing Pick List to Multiselect Pick List
Am I able to change my Custom Pick List field to a Multiselect Pick List?
Can see all records and entries, but can no longer create or edit.
I recently had to reformat my hard drive and start from scratch. I was successfully using Zoho CRM prior to the reformatting but since have not been able to create new records or edit existing ones. I have cleared every cache that I can find but have had no luck. Any suggestions on what may be causing this problem? Thanks.

I create a new report named "Nome_contato_firm_tarefa" to show all the activities listing firm_name (like account name), contact name and the informations about a task ou a call. Why some register don't show the firm_name, like the sample below?

Internet Explorer Print Preview
Whenever I print preview an invoice on Internet Explorer 11 or later, I get the Preview text on the top of the page. I don't have my headers or footers enabled. When I do the same thing on Chrome, Chrome works beautifully. Is there a known problem with Internet Explorer and Zoho Print Preview? Anyone else have a solution to resolve other than use Chrome?
IP Addresses Restrictions
Is any one else have problems connecting to unlisted IP Addresses? Meaning, when you are traveling and don't know what IP Address you'll be using, you can't get into Zoho. and yes, I've turned in a ticket to Zoho. and yes, they keep telling me to do things and send pictures of my screens. and no, I don't have an option under Setup/Users and Permissions and no, I don't have an option under My Account/Securities - only to add IP Addresses
Can inbound calls through phone bridge open a new lead and pull data in?
My Zoho CRM is integrated with RingCentral. When an inbound call comes in I would like a new lead to open up, and pull information into the crm from the call (ex. phone number, campaign name) Is this possible? Thank you, - David

How can I prove a zoho crm mass email was actually sent?
Hi, I use Zoho CRM, and I use the automation to send notification of appointments to all email adresses registered under a certain process. Nevertheless, some people are saying they are not receiving those automatic emails that zoho sends. I can't find any register of the emails that were sent, where are they registered? How can I prove to other people on my team that those emails were actually sent? Some people receive it, and some don't- and this has nothing to do with the spam filter, the emails
I can't figure out a way to map the lead source field from the leads to the account stage. Please help.
I do see that we can convert a lead to the potentials and it will follow, but once it is in an account status, my source is gone. Doesn't make sense.

In the activities list how are the activities managed once complete? Is the only option to delete? Is there a log of activities that have been completed or are pending attached to leads, potentials, and accounts?

We generated the form code by following the instructions here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/web-forms/set-up-web-forms.html However, our SEM supplier cannot use the form code and embed it in their profiles and landing pages for us. Converting to a Quote to an Invoice
When we generate a quote usually we can go into if later and convert it to a invoice. Today we have one that doesn't have that option at all. Its just got a drop down box with print preview etc. Why cant we convert to an invoice?

Share Zoho CRM leads with a different company
Is there a way (either in Zoho or through third party integrations) to share and synchronize leads between two different Zoho business accounts? We outsource a small portion of our leads and then take them back when they're about to close to finalize paperwork. I know all the Pakis are going to tell me it's not a feature - please, if you work for Zoho, don't bother responding to my post - your responses are useless.
