Hello, I don't think I understand how to setup my Distributors in Zoho CRM. I understand that Distributors can be setup as Accounts. Companies we are selling to are also setup as Accounts. What I don't understand is how to indicate in the system that this Distributor works with this Company. Home screen - showing the User's name on Open Tasks
Hi, The Open Tasks component on the Home page only shows the following fields: Subject, Due Date, Status, Priority and Activity Type. How do I get the field to show the User's name here? Currently no-one knows whose task is whose, unless they go on to the Activities module. Thanks, Nicole
How to move from Capsule CRM
We have outgrown the functionality of Capsule CRM and want to import all the contacts and history into Zoho CRM. Unfortunately the exported contact fields and history are in the same complex .xlsx which makes import into Zoho CRM difficult. Has anyone successfully imported ALL Capsule CRM data into Zoho CRM? I have attached 40 of our 6000 records to this entry.
Report Scheduler has stopped working
Hi, we have a number of reports that we communicate to a select group on a regular basis. Initially the reports are sent as pee the schedule, but then without fail, one by one after a certain amount of time the process stops. It might run for 2 months, but then stops - is anyone else having similar issues?
New user cannot log in
I added a new user last night. She followed the link from her invitation email, created a password and logged in. She was active for a couple of hours, logged out and now, when trying to log back in, gets a message that her email is not recognised? Can anyone help?

How to remove a lead from the open leads list view?
I have leads that do not qualify as viable potentials currently. To remove them from the All Open Leads list view the options I have currently are to either delete them or convert them to an account. Neither of which I would prefer to do. I want to retain them in my leads database as historical reference in case I do cross paths with them again. How do I remove them from the All Open Leads view without removing them from the leads database? Abey John
CRM Import & Overwrite : Fields do not match "help topic" descriptions
Hello, I have exported my database to do a large-scale modification to records. Now, I want to import the database and overwrite it so I can have all my new data. I run into 4 problems: 1. The Zoho mapping process has changed. On my screen, it looks nothing like the Zoho online manual. Instead, it looks like the attachment "Zoho Screenwhot Overwrite NONE NONE NONE" 2. Cases Module - Display is extending beyond normal page width
New issue this morning within Cases module, columns, rows and light gray heading bar (just above data) on the main display are extending beyond normal width (going far off to the right) and random cells in the over-extended region are then randomly picking up the gray background color of the page vs. normal white. Tried refreshing, clearing all, altering zoom, logging out/in etc. but no help. Thus far the issue appears to be worse within Cases module, but Leads and Accounts are having a slight over-extension

Navigation Suggestions
I think it would be invaluable to have the top section of each screen (Navigation Bar and at the minimum the name of the record, e.g. Potential Name) remain visible no matter where you are in that record, similar to FREEZE PANES/FREEZE ROW in Excel. I recognize that the Potential name is at the bottom of each note, but it would be quicker and easier to identify when several different tabs are open. CRM - Customer Profile - Adding Attachments
Hi, I have been a customer of Zoho for 6 months now and LOVE IT. A month ago i started having issues with the CRM. i use to be able to add attachments to my customer profiles "leads" i was uploading Excels, PDFs, Word Docs and pics. all of a sudden this has now Stopped. I would like to force our sales personnel to step through every stage in order. Ideally, they would not be able to select the next stage unless they had gone through the previous stages. without this functionality, it is very difficult to capture a true statistical picture using Stage History as a basis. Our scenario involves sending out a bid for a particular job to multiple general contractors who are all bidding on the same job (see illustration below). Sequencing workflows - assign a lead to lead owner before sending email from lead owner
We have an API that brings a new lead into zohocrm via web form. We then have two workflows, sequenced 1 and 2 that I want to: 1. Uses a custom function to assign a lead-owner to the lead (one of my salespeople) 2. Once the lead-owner is assigned, I want an instant email to be send to the lead from the lead owner using an email template. I can't get the sequencing to work. Small Bug Report, Can't Go Back to Previous Page
Hey guys, Small issue I just found with the Zoho CRM - nothing major but slightly annoying. When I go to the 'Contacts' module for my account (I assume you can tell my account as I'm posting under it) - there are 10 contacts in the 'Active Contacts' view. Even though I select to display 100 contacts per page there is still the option to go to the next page.. and when I do.. I can't go back! It just says 'No contacts in this view'. Urgent!!! PO/Sales Orders/Invoices are not attaching to emails
Today we have an issue with attaching generated pdf's to any emails. Everything looks fine and we are getting "successfully sent" message after sending email as well as generated pdf file name on the right. But receiver do not getting any attachment. Re-scheduling task on CRM
Hi everyone, We had a problem with our subscription to CRM, and got downgraded to Free edition. After solving the problem, and going back to Pro Edition, we found that we cannot longer re-schedule task reminders. We don't even have the reminder option when creating a task from the Activities panel, the option only shows up when creating the task from the Contact or Account panel. Please help as we have to create every task from scratch in order to not miss follow ups... G Kato
