Managing Workflows
Can somebody help as i am not getting much help from support or they don't understand what I'm asking I run a small business - there will only be 2 of 3 zoho users at present. However, we do need to be able to set up workflow processes for various of our services i.e. we want to set up a "job" and have a series of tasks within that job and preferably they will be automatically set i.e. once one "task" is complete the next "task" will appear based on a number of days after the first task is completed.

I;m doing a test setup of ZOHO, for a company where 95% of the clients are individuals, not companies. I need to take a contact list, and assign a task to be associated with a customer [in the contact list] and assign that task to another ZOHO user. i have couple of interns working in, and i want them to take an organized approach while selling. This is what i want-: 1. I will have 5-6 sales stages 2. Each stage will have pre-defined tasks 3. Whenever a lead gets converted into an opportunity and enter first sales stage, system should automatically assign all pre-defined tasks of that stage to lead owner 4. Lead owner should not be able to move the opportunity to next stage unless he finishes all the required tasks possible with zoho crm? how?

is there a way to prevent users from deleting leads or accounts? I dont mind making a dropdown saying ' please delete' but i dont see a option to stop users from deleting. Thanks

No new reports show up in "Source reports" for Dashboard
Hello, I am relatively new to Zoho CRM and trying to figure out my way around it. I need to create a new dashboard and I don't see any new reports when I am adding components. I have already created a new folder and added a report there, however no new reports are showing up in the "source report" pull down menu, only old one. Please help. My questions relate to potentials closed wone or lost. Is the only way to remove Potenials from the list to delete them? If I delete potentials they are removed from potentials so I have noticed, however are they saved anywhere for historical reference, Ps We do not use the quote section as that is handled on another system Please advise

Hi there, We've set up a custom form so that users can subscribe to our newsletter. Is there a way to get a status message as to whether the form was successful or not? In the Audit Log, this will tell you that a user updated an account. But it does not show you which update it made. Can you make it so that it puts a highlight over what was changed? In some cases, you cant see what was changed.

No Deduplicate Option Listed
I've uploaded hundreds of leads over the last few months and I know there are duplicates. Please help me turn screen popups/reminders off
I receive emails for each of my events that I create. Each day, I am constantly interrupted within Zoho with millions (I am exaggerating) of popup reminders. This is SOO redundant. I need them to go to my email because I can star them, read them or keep them unread. But please tell me there is a way to turn this screen popup nonsense. I attached the two screen shots that I get.
