I want to track my jobs that we did not win. Is there a process in place to track the bad leads yet not have them show up in the leads page.
Is there a way to make a custom module into a lead/potential/account?
Our company requires very different information for leads/potentials/accounts of our 2 main products, even the staff related to these 2 products are completely separate. I will call them product A and product B. Our idea was to create separate modules for product B's Leads/Potentials/Accounts that would function the same as the default ones with convert features and all the rest. Is there a way to change custom modules to function in that fashion?

Why does my import not work?

Using Account Type "Vendor" versus the Vendors tab.
All of our Accounts (vendors and customers) were imported in together. We then went through and marked the account type of all of these to "Vendor". After clicking and playing around a couple more days I've found the tab called Vendors that allows you to add vendors and then add contacts for that vendor. Why are there two options available to store vendors and is there a reason you would choose one over the other? Is there any good articles or resources you know of for best practice on setting

I have signed up for Zoho CRM. The systems indicates that I have trial period of 15 days. I have heard that you can use Zoho CRM for free if you have < 2000 contacts. Is that correct? And what will happen after these 15 days? Kind regards,
Sales forecasting (and potential tracking) for products with recurring billing?
Our product varies in price, but when we close a new client we bill monthly 5-50K for twelve months and then we "close" them again for another annual contract... I'm a very new user to ZOHO CRM but am not seeing a way to create a financial forecast that accurately reflects our business model. I'm sure it's a simple fix - any ideas anyone? Thanks! ZOHO keeps changing the "potential owners" in Active Potentials custom reports
ZOHO is driving me crazy....a few days ago ZOHO would "reassign" the owner of "potentials" to other users in the custom reports section, rather than keeping the user who the custom report was queried to find. Why is the system changing this randomly across all users in no logical sequence and how can this be stopped? It literally started just a few days ago

Is there a way to use GMAIL to send e-mails to our contacts and Zoho CRM to automatically associate them with the "Contact" entity? For instance, if I am working with a Potential and I send a FollowUp email to our contact "Jon", I want it to be listed under the contact details (emails section) in Zoho CRM but I still want to use GMAIL as my e-mail client. Date Minus X number of days
I have leads that populate a custom field marked expiration date. I need to set up a report that will show all leads that are three days before this expiration date. I can bring up the expiration date in both standard and advanced filters but there are no options for 3 days before this date. Multiple problems with Zoho CRM, and useless Live Chat.
It appears that Zoho's mail servers are blocked by Google, so Gmail users don't receive my email. I have reported this, but I am continually asked to get my users to whitelist my IP. How on earth am I supposed to get every new customer of mine to do this; why is it my problem; and this won't solve it as Google themselves block it. Secondly, reports don't sum. I have tried to sum both integer and decimal custom fields but neither sum. I've tried to sum the default unit price in products. Also nothing.

How do I remove "on behalf of" address in the From field?
I have authenticated my domain and it shows verified for both SPF and DKIM, I have also verified the sender address. Nevertheless, the test email I'm sending for the campaign arrive with "<zoho address> on behalf of <my address>" in the From field. Please advice what's the right way to avoid this. I want just my address to appear in the From line. I have the same problem for emails sent from CRM. If it makes a difference, we're for now using the free version. Thanks.

Cannot confirm a new user
In Zoho CRM, we had a user setup and then deactivated. We tried to setup again, but invite email to user didn't include a confirm/activate link so we deleted again. Now we have to deleted users and one unconfirmed user for the same email. How can we get this user confirmed? Or reactivate first old user account?
