need a report that provides activity status - closed, deferred, in progress, etc
Can't find a way to run a report that tells me the status of the activity for a potential. Just see options like "last activity time".

Identify ACCOUNTS without CONTACTS
Hi We are trying to check we have at least one CONTACT set up for each ACCOUNT, but do not know how to create a VIEW that will quickly show us a list of ACCOUNTS that do not have any CONTACTS. Information from lead not transferring when I convert to an account
When I convert a lead to an account the only thing that transfers over is the owner and the name of the company. The address, email, website, etc. does not transfer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Associate a product with tax within the Product Details section
I am finding that even though we are checking an item as "not taxable" it is still calculating tax for the entire subtotal. Since it seems there is rarely a way to fix something "at this time" I am trying to figure out how to make each item/product associate with a tax amount (there is a column in product details for itemized "tax amount") and then I just would not associate the non-taxable items to any tax, so they wouldn't calculate. Has anyone else figured out a way to NOT have specific items

Filtering Related Lists in Potentials
We sell through resellers and as such we have a large number of potentials listed under one account. We would prefer not having to create a new account under this parent and then list the potentials under the child account because our closure rate is about 30% so 70% of the accounts within Zoho would end up being inactive. A simple solution to this and other issues when viewing potentials and contacts within an account is to add the same filtering that is available under potentials and contacts
Calls disappear
Hi I wondering why when I click on any lead, the calls done before are not appearing any more as one of the details of the lead? I can't go to check any description or note that I left for myself about older calls done to that specific lead. I didn't change anything, this morning they were there but suddenly they disappear while I was working. What happened? Help.
Notifying multiple people when a new Webform Lead is created and pending approval
We have a webform that submits a lead into the CRM. We also have a workflow rule that is setup to notify additional people when the lead is created, but its not performing the extra notification until the lead has been approved. When the lead is first submitted from the website its goes into the needing approval section and it appears that the workflow rules do not run when a lead is at this status? We need a way to notify multiple people when a new Webform lead has been created and is waiting approval

Automated task for workflow rule not working
I have set a workflow rule conditioned on lead source to then create a call task for trigger date +1. I have imported about 50 leads and I cannot understand why the task has not been created for them. I am sure the task is associated to the workflow rule. Any suggestions as to why this is not working?

Form does not post into my Leads area
I created a sign-up form at http://www.amemoryjog.com/Download-Password-Management-App-iPhone.aspx. It allows the user to enter their email, first name and last name. It should submit their information into my leads section of Zoho CRM and then send the user a thank you email. It does not seem to add the lead and does not send the thank you email. Am I doing something wrong?

Overwrite Import Error
I have a file that I am trying to do an import using overwrite. I imported with the overwrite option. It is telling me it skipped over 90% of the accounts. I am getting this error; Permission denied, record owned by another user I have never had an issue before, I use this to queue up calling data for views. Pop up task reminder
Hello, When I create a task I usually chose "pop up" to remind me not email. BUT : as I have many task reminders, zoho opens individual windows that take a lot a time to close them individually as I do not have time to process them all.
