Notes field missing when opening a lead
Hi guys, the notes box under a lead where you can leave a note with updates seems to have disappeared since yesterday! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Associate emails from same address with different leads
Is there any way to associate emails from the same email address with different leads? Our business scenario is this: We work with a wedding planner on multiple different leads at the same time. The planner is our contact and therefore, every lead has the same email address. We would like to be able to associate different emails from the planner to the appropriate lead. Salesforce has many apps that accomplish this feature, but I have yet to find anything from Zoho.
Creating tasks on cases - task to someone other than owner
Hi there - I'm just trying to work out how cases work and how the work on them might be assigned out...... here is our scenario Person A enters a case - a client who has complained about a product. Person A wants to assign the resolution of the case to person B When I create a task on a case it seems to be automatically assigned to the case owner (i.e. the person who input it) and this doesn't seem to be changable. Hi, I don't seem to find the possibility to add a status (Open - Completed) to the calls that I'm planning. If I'm going to make a call for example tomorrow I would plan it in today, add a timeslot when I would make the call. Problem is that when 'tommorow' is over and I haven't done the call it disapears from my Open Activities... Can someone guide me a bit in this? Kind regards, Chris.
What happend with the LiveChatinc and Zoho Integration?
Hi, I am evaluating Zoho and was disappointed to see that LiveChatInc does not integrate with Zoho so that chat leads are sent to Zoho. Quote Drops Trailing Zero in List Price Field
See attached. Zoho is dropping the trailing zero for list price in the Quote Program. This is not proper as this is a currency field and currency fields should display 2 decimal places.
Importing contacts for existing/imported customers
What is the format for the customer-ID to link contacts to companies successfully? I have tried a dozen times but have never been successful. Does the import csv for the contacts need to use a special format for the customer IDs? In my case the typical customer IDs (when displayed in the sheet view) are like: '1399931000000084007 Using the same IDs importing the contacts did not link the contacts though... THX for a feedback

ZOHO integrate with 8x8 voip
Our company uses 8x8 voip for a phone system and ZOHO CRM for a database. 8x8 has a click to call function that does not work with ZOHO. Ideally, we want an integration for inbound and outbound calling. Depending on consultation and development, we may settle on an outbound integration solution with an inbound integration the in the following quarterly budget. Switching phone systems or ZOHO is not an option.

How do I sort my lead list from newest to oldest? Zoho was automatically sorting it by default until I manually sorted it by phone number now I can't get it to go back. I want new leads that were entered into the system most recently to appear at the top. Thanks, Alex
"Loading..." never completed,lost all my call notes
So, I log a call; I'm on for half an hour making lots of notes, all good... Then I clock Stop, it says 37 minutes, good.. I clock Save, and it says "Loading" at the top of the screen - for 20 minutes... I finally hit refresh and my call is not there and I lost all my notes. Any ideas how I can make sure this doesn't happen again?

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts
My ZOHO mail is not recording email under the contacts in the CRM. I have the email settings as shared and at one time they were working. Also I have added a user with the mail add on and they are not appearing as an add on user in my administrator screen. Best, Chris

When an account changes its domain, is there a way to mass update the @domain portion of the email address for the contacts?
Attempting to change fiscal year - do not see "View Settings" on Forecast tab.
I am logged in as a super admin, not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place or not. I attempted it first via customization of our company information, but that was grayed out - so I followed instructions to use the forecasts tab -> view settings. I do not see "View Settings" on the page however.

Also in many cases several of my employees , create potential and not up on time, or some times something is missing, when recovering also like to change the creation date to obtain the most successful sales cycle .

Duplicating Account
We have two companies and have Zoho CRM up and running for one. We want to use Zoho CRM for our newer second company. Is there a way duplicate the accounts and contact to a second Zoho CRM company. The two companies have the roughly the same accounts, but all the notes, attachments, events etc would make it very messy to just add a few new user accounts to the exist company. Thanks in advance.
Moving Leads from one list to another
Need some help in moving leads from one list to another. I have a few different lists of leads and when I enter a new lead it always goes into the All Open Leads list. There does not seem to be a obvious way to enter new leads directly into a specific lead list or move it from the All Open Leads list to another. Can you help? Before I deactivate or delete a user, I need to know what happens to the email messages of that user that are connected to Leads and Contacts. Will they remain?
