Restrict calendar view to each user's events
How can I restrict user's events so they can only see their own? Right now my sales reps can use the mobile app to see all events, including ALL sales rep's events, and even my private calendar, which is set up for 2-way sync with Google Calendar.
Account Column does not appear as an available column under contact when running a report
Trying to create a report where the contact by type and by county (custom field) shows company (account),name, phone and email address. Can create the report except for the company (account) field does not show up in the available list of columns. How do I get the Company (account) field to show up in the available column list?
Entering notes using key strokes
Hi there, Seems the format for entering notes has changed. Is it no longer possible to enter a note and save it without having to use the mouse to click save? It's much quicker to use just the keyboard. On the previous version, after typing my notes, I could hit tab-enter, and that would save the entry. How can I save my entry now, using key strokes and not a mouse? Thank you.

Have user data included in auto response form?
Is there any way to include / pull the data the user entered on our website into the auto-response email? While it is great to get the email alert that a new lead has been generated, it would be even better if we had the lead information in the email itself to match up the email alert to the lead within CRM.
Related Lists of 10
Expected behavior: On Related Lists, the right navigation arrow should darken when there are more than 10 records in the Related List, and when you click the arrow, the next group should appear. Actual behavior: On Related Lists, the right navigation arrow goes dark when there are exactly 10 records, and if you click the arrow, they ALL disappear, including the arrow, and you have to refresh the page to see them again. integrating gmail- receiving zoho emails at my gmail account
Hello everyone I am using the free service at zoho, I would like to receive all emails that sent to my zoho account at my gmail account. However for some reasons I can't manage to do it. When I go to CRM account, I select set up and then personal settings but I cant see the email settings tab or section there. am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your time

Suggestion: Task Reminder Display
Hi I would like to suggest that you have the reminder date field visible upon accounts/potential/contacts and wherever else the tasks shows up as it is not there. I am not interested in the Due date and has no function that my company requires.

Hi there, Is there a way to track notes? In other words, I'd like to pull a report of all the records that have had notes added to them on a particular day (e.g. today, yesterday, etc.). This will help me to know how many people I have contacted over a given day or other time period. Thank you.

Forms not submiting

IMAP not working
I just signed up for Zoho CRM after checking in my trial account that email integration works with my IMAP mail account. I got it working successfully for myself and 2 colleagues. I then went ahead and paid for accounts for 5 people. As soon as our accounts were converted to paid accounts, IMAP stopped working and is no longer available as an option - only POP3. Our mail service does not support POP3 so this is not an option. Our accounts are Professional. No response from support to my ticket, and
Workflow Rule and Alert for expiring contract
I need to define a rule that allows me to set an alert notifying concerned parties within our company that a contract expiration is approaching in 90 days and they need to renew the service agreement. Currently, I don't see a way to do this. I have created a Contract End Date field within each account. So, the rule needs to be something like Contract End Date = Today+90days. Alert is: IF (Contract End Date = Today+90days), SEND ALERT NOTIFICATION EMAIL. Please advise. Thanks.

Zoho CRM Extremely Slow for the past few weeks

Workflow Rule suddenly stopped working
Hi there, I have been using a workflow rules which sends an email when a particular field in a sales order is updated. I have been using it successfully for over a year. Suddenly- at some point in the last 2 or 3 days, this is no longer working. I have checked the setup- the rule is still there, and seems to be active. I reviewd the rule to make sure it was OK, clicked "edit" and then saved it again to see if this would "refresh" things but still no joy. I notice there are some people complaining

When you use the feature "Data Backup", I'm lead to a screen which says "Export your entire Zoho CRM data for your backup measures. Fee of $10 will be charged for every backup." What format does this come to me as? (.csv, ...) What is the difference between this and "Export Data"? Thank you.
Accounts and Google Contacts
I've noticed that when I create an "Account" in Zoho CRM, it doesn't get pushed to my Google Contacts. Why is that? An account has a name, a telephone number and an email. Why shouldn't this be pushed to Google Contacts?
Task Creation - New Tasks Not Available For Selection
Hi, I have recently created several new Tasks within the setup section (Workflow) and although I can clearly see the new tasks in this area when I then try to move back to a relevant contact and assign a new task none of the newly created tasks are available from the list? Address Fields Don't Auto-populate for Vendor Contacts
There is an irritating problem when creating Contacts for Vendors records wherein the address fields for new Contacts associated with a Vendor don't automatically populate. Any Contact one adds for a Vendor has to have all address information added manually. I was told by Zoho Cares customer support that I would have to upgrade from Professional edition to Enterprise edition to have this functionality. This is VERY BASIC functionality. Hello, Our quotes were going off fin until monday morning, and then the system decided to round to the tenth of dollars instead of to the hundreth. When we export to PDF, something has changed in zoho that messes up the pdf export. Can someone please help?

Report filter criteria not functioning
Attempting to create a report. Advanced filtering is not "sticky" i.e. when I select report criteria (example: Lead Source Contains F500) and run the report, the resulting report is NOT filtered and instead contains all records with no filters. How to fix?
Custom Event Reminders on Calendar
I'm trying to create organization wide events on the calendar of events that we should keep in mind over the course of the year to target, however the event reminders are limited to a maximum lead time of 2 days. We need to start selling for these events between 1 and 2 months in advance and I would like my employees to be notified when they should start contacting Leads and Contacts related to these events. How can I create a custom reminder to notify us 1 to 2 months in advance of the event? Thanks!

How to set up roles Data Sharing Options so that a user can view but not update each other’s data (i.e. Read Only)?
Hi, I have an admin user and a couple of sales staff, setup through roles. I would like the admin to be able to change anything in the CRM (change the sales staff leads, potentials etc) but I would like the sales staff to be able to only edit their own leads and potentials (only the ones they created), but can still view all the leads and potentials in the CRM. I saw in the help files that there was an option for Read Only in the Data Sharing Option but I could not see it in the dropdown of options
Potential report stage sorting order does not work
While it is possible to give every "stage" a sort order in the potentials I have not yet been able to get my potentials sorted correctly in a report. The report, when asked to sort stage, will always sort stage alphabetically. It seems however that the system has been designed to use "sort order". Why else has it been included in the settings? Can you please tell me how to get my reports sorted in the way l just described?
