delete tasks instead of being closed
hi is it possible to have tasks that need to be closed to just be delete it or setting to delete rather than close instead, to stop a build up of them on the accounts/leads/potentials etc as they make the length of the page longer.
Mailing label formatting
I've been searching the forums for a way to format the mailing labels. The current format is unacceptable for the U.S. I don't want my customers to receive mail formatted in this manner. It seems that this has been an issue for years! Time to get this fixed, Zoho! This is not a small issue and I'm not interested in a complicated work-around. This is enough to cause us to look at other CRM solutions.
Mailing Labels
HI there. Will be nice if you can allow us to edit the mailing label in such a way that we can have the city name to the right of the city code. Not all countries encourage ONE line for ZIP CODE. Like Malaysia prefers ZIP CODE + TOWN in the same line.
Approvals Page Does not Load
We have an approval process in place that requires approval for new accounts. However, the Approvals page from the Toolbar does not load. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Limited number of currency or number type formula custom fields.
Hi, i've spent the last 2 weeks implementing and configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Support, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Vault, Zoho Docs & Zoho Mail for my organisation.... only to discover this today: " You cannot create more than 8 number or currency type formula custom fields " while i was setting up Leads in Zoho CRM. :-(( Is there any chance you can increase this limit to 12 ?? We really need this as this limit of 8 is taking away all the use of Zoho CRM for us! We just can't do without the extra 4 number
Can i see the original inception into zoho for an account/lead after conversion?
Once an ACCOUNT is created, i can see the date of the account creation and who made the conversion. What about previous data? Can i see when the lead was entered into the system? Who entered the lead in?
convert contacts to leads
Is it possible to convert a contact to a lead. Sales reps have been entering leads as contacts instead of leads?
Activity Issues
I have the following questions/suggestions: 1) We should have an easy way to delete an activity if it was already entered and it is no longer needed or a different activity covers it. 2) When Call Activities exist it seems there is no way to do any of the following: a) modify the time the call should be made b) register that the call was actually made and completed (so that it drops off the reminder list) c) change the call date and time to a future date or time if the current date
Unit Price Field on Quotes only has 1 decimal place
My Unit Price field on quotes just started showing only 1 decimal place. It used to and needs to show 2 decimal places. We haven't changed anything in our template, price list, etc. How do I get the quotes to show 2 decimal places again?
Unable to complete sales form - will not accept my entries
CRM will not accept dates on the calendar for a new sales order- it kicks me out therefore I cannot complete or save a sales order entry. I tried entering the date manually and it will not accept that either. Also - when I click in the arrow button at the lower right of the sales order form - I am not allowed access to enter a discount or sales tax. What is going on? HELP!!!

Tracking key contacts
I want to be able to track key personnel and receive notifications if so much time has lapsed since we last spoke. Some contacts I want to know when 30 60 90 days have pasted since we last spoke. Also is there a way to group contacts into groups relative on our relationship, longer term medium term short term project/no project generated from contact?
Viewing leads for standard user
Hi, I am an admin for my company's Zoho. I don't want our standard to see any lead that isn't assigned or owned by them. I have tried to customize it this way but i couldn't do it. How do I go about doing this?
Make Company Read only? Found a loophole where users can create new leads even without permission.
Can i make the COMPANY field in leads READ-ONLY? if not maybe you can assist me in this. I do not want certain users to be able to create new leads. I have managed to take away certain permissions, but i noticed a loop-hole. A user can take a lead and edit the COMPANY, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL... this essentially can turn one lead into another. Thus.... creating a new lead. i could block those fields from being edited... but sometimes i need that. e.g. some leads dont have
When converting to sheet view and then transferring that to excel street, town, state and zip are merged in one field making it useless

Suggestions for handling a single lead with multiple email addresses?
I'm not sure what the best method is to handle a lead with multiple email addresses. Does anyone have a best practice tip? For example, I have a lead that I'm emailing and I use the BCC function. Once the lead gets converted to an account, often times they email me from a different email address. So, when I use the bcc function, it creates another lead instead of adding it to the correct account. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Thanks, Brian
Enterprise 15 day version to Free Version
During the 15 day trial version I created some new fields. Once auto-downgraded to the Free version I noticed I cannot create any new fields in the Free version. The fields I created during the trial Enterprise version are still there but again, you cannot create any new ones. I wonder which version will allow me to create new fields? Standard or Pro?

Sorting Lead Approvals
We have a large amount of leads imported in excel format. When going to lead approval module there seems to be no way to sort by the column header "Name", "Phone", etc. Am I missing anything?
Can't add users to Zoho CRM
Hi We are trying to add 2 users to our Zoho CRM Standard Account. We get error message 'Not able to charge your card. Please contact payments@zohocorp.com'. We have tried that with no reply. Email of Tasks
I have just started using Zoho and it looks helpful. But i have an issue with tasks. When i create one i instantly receive an emain about that taks, even if i set the due date in the future. What i want is to receive a mail not now, but at a specific time in the future, so i dont forget the task. There is no point in receiving now each email for each new task. My question is how can i set a specific so i receive a message at that time in the future. Thanks in advance :)

Mail Add-On for CRM
So, I'm a little confused. I use Zoho mail for my company (1 man show) and Zoho CRM (free edition). I would like to add the mail add-on but I am not sure about the pricing. Is it $5 / month per user for the free account or do I need to upgrade my CRM account to professional account at $25 / month (billed monthly)? Which one is it? $5 / month for the the add-on or $25 / month for the upgrade? I just need the email add-on for my CRM and everything else in the free edition is fine for me so I obviously
Open call view
I am using the free version and on the home page I have the view set to show the list of calls for the day. However, is there a way to only show open calls? I have all my scheduled outbound calls that show and when I sort, it brings all the closed and open calls.
Importing leads getting delayed
Every time i import leads from excel sheet, i get a message that it will be imported shortly and will get a email once the process is done.
Exporting w/ Attachments & Notes
Hello All, I am needing to create an export from Zoho of the "Leads" entity that has all attachments and notes associated with each Lead. When I select the export, the data is saved in a CSV file, but there are no attachments, nor is there an option on the export prep screen to include notes and attachments. Can I get a report where I can see and read all of the descriptions of all of the activities that have been recorded under any contact at an account without needing to click in and out of contacts and activities.....?

Lead Lists
I am cold calling a long list of leads. As I try to contact them, is there any way to move them from the top of the lead list to the bottom? I know that converting them to an account or deleting them entirely will remove them from the lead list, but I want to keep them in leads but simply move them from the top of the list.

I have a list of leads, I call them, make notes when I log the call. When I want to see who I have called, it does not give me any contact names, lead names, no notes.....whats going on here???
Cannot Add more Users
We are on the standard edition with 5 users. Our business credit card is charged every month. We want to add two users but we are getting the error message : "We are not able to charge your card. Please contact payments@zohocorp.com". Have tried contacting the email address with no reply yet. Any ideas? Thanks Andy Cheshire

Zoho home page CRM icon missing
Hi there, even though I have Zoho CRM Plus, which normally is accessible at: https://crmplus.zoho.com/ I used to use the normal home page at: https://home.zoho.com/home However, yesterday this page changed a bit and some applications are missing now. For example, the CRM icon has gone! Is this an update to the page or any settings I could change? I prefer using this page, because I access some other apps that are not on the CRM Plus page. Campaign lookup field not working on lead conversion page
Hi The campaign source lookup field is not finding my active campaigns when trying to create an opportunity on the lead conversion page. It opens up a new window but it shows 'no campaigns found' when I have multiple active campaigns. Any ideas please? Thanks
