Hello In the reminder time / day of a task or event, why not replacing default time that is 01:00 that oblige to "scroll' to get to a working hour (like 08:00) by 08.00 or 09:00. When you have many event or task, it takes time to change... Thanks nono

Validate Email Adress on Webforms
Am building my first web to lead and cannot seem to get the email adress to validate when being entered. At the moment users can add anything they like. Does anybody know if it is possible to do this in zoho? Seems bizarre if you can't.
How can I keep a custom field found on both Accounts and Contacts up to date?
We have a multi-picklist mapped to leads that then carries over to the account and contact. I'd like to update the contact if it's changed in accounts, and update the account if it's changed in contacts? Any ideas would be appreciated!
CRM Audit Log History
What are the time frames available for the audit log history? It appears to be 60 days? If all dates are available, how do I access that info? If only 60 days are available, why? And is there a way to get to older audit log info? Thanks, Chuck

Adding Photos to Products Module
Hi, I am surprised to learn that you cannot add photos to the product module of Zoho CRM. It seems to me to be more imports to have photos in this module than it is to have them in the contacts module. I am amazed to read that for the past 4 years that this has been promised to be on the roadmap. How to change the view of Open and Closed Activities in Accounts View.
I am wondering if there is a way to customize the layout view of the columns of the list of Open and Closed Activities when you are in the Accounts? I have attached a screenshot of what I am talking about. If we wanted to take out Status and Due Date (for example) so the Subject Column could be wider, how would I go about doing that? CRM slow everyone pointing fingers
Hi, I am in New Jersey and have Verizon as my ISP, the last couple of afternoons/evenings, Zoho CRM has become slow to disabled. I contacted Verizon initially and they claimed to have fixed it, I WAS able to access Zoho (could not access CRM, the read only site, or other zoho sites) and it was very slow, with the warning coming up unable to access messaging server. The next day, it was fine. Then last night, same thing - became very slow - hard to log in and out - same "messaging server error".

Note formating
Was anything done to how the notes are formatted while you are writing them? This morning it has become a very narrow box. If you try to pull it out from the corner to widen it, it gets longer, but not wider. So basically, you can only fit 2 or 3 words on each line. When you save it then it goes back to normal formatting.

HI I am trying to get clients to use Zoho CRM and they want me to set it up for them. The same type of account with fields templates and setting applies to both clients so I need to try and create a clone so that both can use.... BEtween clients within the same industry obviously they cannot share data.... So It would be good to be able create a clone of the work I have done on a different login and account. Where are "Customers" in Zoho?
I can't find where Potentials go in Zoho after the stage is changed to "Closed-Won." Do they become Customers? In our business, after a Potential job is won (quote is accepted), we consider them customers and during this stage, we have tasks related to fulfilling the order that we would like to continue to track in Zoho. Does Zoho define this stage differently? I noticed on the Activities Page that there is a column for tasks related to Customers, but I can't figure out how Customers are created

Why is Zoho so slow to update? Notice this in two areas. 1: When putting a price on a product, then inputting an order for that product - the price is still zero. Sometimes, it takes five minutes to be able to input the order and a price other than zero. 2: Discovered a duplicate account. Changed one account name to be the same as the other. Tried Find and Merge Duplicates, but still only received 1 account in search. This lasted more than 5 minutes - then I gave up and decided to post here.

Accounts vs Potentials
I am brand new to Zoho and I'm not quite understanding the difference between an Account and a Potential. It starts out as a lead, you convert it to an account once they become a customer, it adds the individual as a contact.....but what exactly then is a Potential? The name "potential" makes me think it's a qualified lead, but I don't think that's what they mean. Thank you!

I keep reading reviews of Zoho CRM all of which say the free version allows up to 3 users. I just signed on with Zoho and the Pricing page says: Startups? You can continue to use our Free Edition (free for 10 users) forever - Click Here Is there a recent change in the max number of users for the free version?
Email Templates
It would be very helpful if in email templates, there was an option for "Reply to: Current User's email", just as there is in the "send From:". Currently, If multiple users would like to use the same template, they must each create their own template with Reply to: Myemail@...... This also creates a very messy template drop down. Thanks
