Buenas, Hice la Creación de la Cuenta admin@polvoschorillos.pe , y Ahora no puedo Recuperar la era de la contraseña, estaba asociado a un número celular el cual ya se dio de baja. Como podria recuperar el acceso ya Que No Puedo Recuperar La Cuenta y no recuerdo la clave.

Outgoing disabled
Hello, two users under the domain tururu.cat (comandes<at>tururu<dot>cat) and (info<at>tururu<dot>cat) can't send emails due to a spamer/virus on our computer (it was trying to send emails constantly). The accounts were disabled for outgoing. I'm now sure the computer is ok but I can't enable these accounts again. Operation permitted for paid user(s) only Can we re-enable it again. Both accounts are important for us. Thank you!
Not able to unblock account
Hello, My account victor.galvez@lariaza.com got blocked fo exceeding my mail storage. I deleted my emails and used the unblock me page. I enter the capcha and then got the page telling me that my account was unblocked. I tried to use my email and it kept blocked. Did the same thing 3 times (use the unblock page and the 3 times got the page that said it was unblocked) but it doesn't unblock my mail. Is the unblockme page no working? Thanks.
Auto BCC
Is there a way to auto BCC any emails sent from Zoho Mail to CRM? I want to be able to BCC all emails sent from Zoho Mail on my domain to the CRM system to keep a log / record etc but I cannot find the setting to do this.

Not sure if this is is an issue on my end or not but... whenever I send an email (using account design@henryh.net), the sender name defaults as "design", and not the name I specified under zoho accounts (which is Henry). Am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks in advance!

Hi I have set up my zoho emai account in Outlook 2011, And today have been receiving regular errors stating: "connection to the server failed or was dropped" "Mail could not be sent" "error code 3259" Attached is a screen shot of the error messages and also my account settings. Unable to verify email address
Hi, I am setting up emails for a new domain name but erroneously I signed up with a new email address which is yet not created. Now, I am not able to create that in the ADD USERS list as it says the account is already created. Since I do not have mailbox of that address, I am not even able to get into the dashboard since it is asking for verification, which eventually would come on the email but there is no mailbox as such. Can someone please release / delete that email account so that I can create
Are responses to a Mass Email visible in the Email section of a lead?
One of my sales reps sent a series of follow-up emails to some leads. He got a response from one of them and was hoping to see that response in the Email section of the lead record (as he does with all other leads, via the Gmail integration.) However, this particular response does not seem to be showing up in the Emails for that Lead record. Anyone know why?

Not receiving email, where to get zoho code?
My website is www.mediarevive.com and I'm hosted through shopify. I went through all of the steps during setup and thought everything was working. I noticed there is also an option to setup with Zoho code and I figured that would be easier than trying to run through the whole setup again and troubleshoot. I am in the process of setting up a new DOMAIN and was told that ZOHO provided free email service for non-profit organizations. I created an account within ZOHO and can access the WEB mail via the ZOHO website. We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. What do we need to do to rectify this ?

I tried to convert my email back from business email not realizing that it would mean the loss of the domain name after the @. As so all of my mail got deleted and whenever I send mail it shows up as <bunchofnumbers>_<userId>@zoho.com How can I fix this?

i've juste created a free personal email account on zoho when i go to settings, i enable imap, it says "your changed updated successfully". then i go back to mail view, then i go back to settings and the imap is disabled. so i don't manage to keep it enabled, and my mac mail client doesn't manage to connect. please help. thnaks.
