Hi, I have registered a free mail service for my new domain and am not able to enable features like POP, ActiveSync and IMAP... I own one more Free mail account with Zoho which I have created almost 7 months before in that I have all the features enabled. could you please let me know is Zoho mail team have withdrawn the features in the free mail account? Hi, It appears that most of the mail in my inbox has disappeared? I have only mail from the start of the year available. The trash folder only has mail that I have deleted myself. Can anybody tell me where it has gone?

Logo doesn't show in my emails send by my desktop computer
Hi there, apparently I've turned of the feature that shows pics or at least in my logo in my signature at some point. I wanted to forward a sent email and have that shown without the arrows in the beginning of the line. Either way, I'd like to turn that back on. Currently my logo shows when I send emails through the mobile app, but not when send through the web based browser version. Can you tell me how to make the logo show again please? Thank you! Kerstin
Why have i lost half my Inbox Sub Folders?
Hi, I am trying to find out why & how to recover my Inbox Sub Folders? I have lost them from H onwards, on my Desktop Zoho mail? I have them all still there on my iPhone Zoho App? Has anyone had this problem or know how to get them back? Got important emails in those sub folders. Tried emailing Zoho & they say they are all still there? Once I have archived a mail message, I cannot find it again. It does not turn up in the All Messages View. Where can I find it or is this an error with the new GUI? Thanks

Business Plan Not Working in Outlook
This current account's single user business account (free) does not work when trying to set it up in Outlook (cannot access POP/IMAP details). However another of my previous accounts also had a domain and was a free business account but worked with outlook.

Hello, In my inbox, communications from "no-reply@nsdl.co.in" have landed in the spam folder and got deleted automatically after 30 days. The emails contained important communication. By the time I identified the issues - the emails belonging to months December 2017 - April 2018 was already deleted. Can't receive the Zoho notification emails daily

compose and send email
With this new, enlightened zoho format, I don't seem to be able to find an icon, or button or whatever, that simply says "Write" or "Compose". How do I go about composing and sending an email (not a reply). I have tried selecting all the icons I could find (or see) on the new site, but have not so far been able to find anything that enables this basic function. Any help appreciated.

Emails missing from Inbox, Sent Items and Drafts folder
Hello, The past few days i noticed that emails in my drafts folder have disappeared save only for 2. I thought that was weird, until i checked my sent folder, all messages before aug 12 no longer exist. New emails stopped populating when using POP server
I have an account that just stopped populating my emails on different devices that were configured using the poppro.zoho.com server, yet I can see new emails when logged into web browser. Tried setting up new accounts on other devices and it will populate older emails but nothing newer than 5/16. Also tried the pop.zoho.com server. Same issue. Checked settings and couldn't find anything changed. Looking for ideas.

New User Interface is horrible!
This new user interface is the worst I have ever seen. Who are the complete morons that approved this? I am beginning to look for another mail provider now. This is flat out awful. Give us an option to have a nice clean simple interface. Not this nasty looking crap.
