Error in Setting up email in Windows live
Hi Support, The customer is having issues setting this up on his laptop. He is using Windows Live. He said he can see the emails that have come through to info@npssecurityservices.com.au but he keep receiving a popup that asks him to enter his email address and password. When he fills it out, it pops up again. Do you know what the issue way be?

Hi, I've added MX records to my DNS. If I check with dig command they will show up but I cannot still receive mails. What can I do?
Notifications from Zoho Mail on iPhone
I'm no longer receiving notifications on my iPhone. I have the last zoho mail installed and i have enabled both app and settings push notifications. I have also tried to uninstall and install again and log in and off and no success. My iOS version is 11.3.1. I appreciate your help.
Email Address Pane Too Small
Hello Thanks so much for making the left menu collapsible and allowing the window to be expanded. It makes a big difference. However, the new addresses box is really, really bad. Can you make it the way it was before? Or expand it to FULL size? If you have 20 aliases then the email addresses are impossible to see as you hunt through them to find new emails. It's REALLY hard to see when new mail comes in. Thanks!

ADDING NEW USER GOES TO INVITATION LIST
Hi, I did set up a user on zoho mail. However recently while adding a new email address to the domain I have noticed that the email goes to invitation list. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. I do not wish to share the domain details in public due to privacy details of the the client. Do assist me ASAP I need to have this fixed.

Email API authentication and misc questions
Hi, I am trying to use the email API and having some difficulty. The preferred authentication seems to be OAuth2 but this would appear to need a server component and I would rather everything work client-side. So first question is whether Zoho support OAuth2 in client-only mode (and without embedding the client secret in the browser!). When I am trying to verify the domain it is always showing I confirmed with big rock they told me things are good from their end, as I have already entered CNAME info Below link whatsmydns.net shows it is done from Bigrock but issue is from Zoho. How to delete a Bookmark created by another user?
How to delete a Bookmark created by another user? Currently as an admin I can’t delete or edit the bookmark. One of my users created a bookmark under a specific Group. Now, only he can edit or delete it. As an admin I can’t do anything except sharing and tagging it. As an Admin I must have the right to edit or delete it. Would you please integrate this feature? It’s a must have feature.

Hey Guys, When I try to signup for the business email it says "This domain is already associated with this account "a***n@m***" . even if I resigned up after I deleted the first registration, I never given that email. my domain name is "Mediamattersethiopia.com" and it's registered by me. WHY have you made the print/font SO SMALL?
You have made the print so small that it is EXTREMELY difficult to read on a 1080p monitor (one 16 inch notebook; two 27 inch and one 22 inch monitors; 35 inch, 46 inch and 65 inch televisions). I shouldn't need a magnifying glass to read my email on a small-medium-or large monitor. I can hardly read them on ANY monitor and changing the "Font Type" is USELESS. Email can send emails but not receive.
I changed DNS hosts, and it has been multiple hours but I still can't receive emails. I tested with my Gmail every 30 minutes or so to see if it'll start working, but after about 8 hours nothing. Multiple users work on the same note simultaneously
Can multiple users edit the same note at the same time? Suppose 2 users want to edit a note simultaneously. And both modifications will be saved. It’s a great feature in Wrike. Please integrate this feature as soon as possible.

Tags or Folders
Just wondering how people like to organise their emails! I've always just put everything in the archive folder and then hope that the Search function can find it for me but I assume that tags and folders must be useful otherwise Zoho wouldn't offer them. Perhaps time for me to get a bit more organised. Anyone got any thoughts on what's best? Benefits? Issues?

When using a custom domain login (mail.mydomain.net) the login screen itself does not show as using SSL as it does for mail.zoho.com - Is the username and password submitted securely once the information is entered and submitted?
