How to disable approval for email groups
I would like to have an email group like enquiry@mydomain.com where anyone visiting our website can drop us an email. This email will then be forwarded to 3 of our staff. However, whenever an email is sent to enquiry@mydomain.com, I need to manually approve it before it gets forwarded. Can I remove this approval process altogether? I have already set group access level as Everyone.

I have received a message that I am blocked from sending Email, when I check the error it states the reason is "unknown". I am unable to "unblock" myself as that feature in the control panel is for paid subscriptions only. I'd like to know why I am blocked and what I need to do to get myself unblocked.

I have just created a domain in zoho.com.cn, but can't get activeysnc to work. The help only lists the normal (e.g. msync.zoho.com) as server options. However these fail. msync.zoho.com.cn does resolve, and on adding a mail account to outlook or iPhones it verifies, however it is not able to download messages after the add.

Blank Emails
Good afternoon, Email strings that have been read and replied to prior to March 15, 2017 appear blank as soon as you click on them. Prior to clicking on it, you can see the subject line but even that disappears once you click on the message.
