controlling inbound and outbound flow
Hi, here's what I'm trying to do. I have my own internal email security appliance (anti-spam, AV etc) which scans inbound and outbound email. With Zoho, can I have control of MX record and also inbound and outbound email flow so emails are forwarded to my email security appliance to be scanned then back out ? the same for outbound emails...is it possible with Zoho?
Set Domain based mail as a default
Keep getting asked this and the kind folks at ZOHO say the same thing but HOW? There don't seem to be any buttons on the Mail Account page and no instructions of what I am supposed to do to make this happen? Nick

migration failed
Hi Im having problem with migration from my old outlook server, because the rate of failed migrated mails is over 90%, for example, in the account coordinacion@acabadosyadhesivos.com, from over 7000 mail, only succeded 150 aprox, and this happened in the other accounts i tried to migrate. Is there anything i can do, because i really need those old mail in my inbox. Thnaks.
New customer: email limit
Hi, I've just signed up to try zoho basic email. I am trying to send out change of email addresses to my friends and contacts, about 150 total on various lists. I had to resend a few times because thunderbird had a few invalid email addresses. For various reasons I seem to have hit a send limit. How can new customers send out change of email notifications when they get blocked after about 35 emails? This would take weeks. markxsherman@zoho.com

Hi there, I have been facing problem sending emails. Everytime we send email it goes to SPAM in recipient side. Specially when i use zoho from office. MX tools says our IP is Added to SPAMCANNIBALAnd reason from Spam cannibal is "no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1" could anyone help me how to fix this as we are loosing clients due to our email delivery. Personal Email appears in suggestion box when colleagues are composing messages
I have set up several accounts for myself and a few colleagues under a business domain. When my colleagues log into these accounts, click the button to send me an email and start typing my name, a suggestion box pops up with my personal email address as the first suggestion. That personal email address also happens to be my Zoho username. I don't want this email address to pop up. I want only my business domain email address to pop up in the suggestion box. Advice on how to address this please.
mailto: won't hook up
Zoho is my default mail client as set up under "Set Zmail to Default" However if I click a "contact us" link on any page (the mailto:) it takes me to "https://www.zoho.com/mail/" and not to "https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do" which is my bookmark for Zmail. I there fore have to manually take myself to zmail and i lose all the of the mailto: So then I need it to automatically open Zmail then Compose and then put the recipients email address in the "to" spot. Failed mail migration
Hi. Im having problems migrating mails from outlook.live to my new zoho accounts, not even 10% of the mail migrated, i set it for 4 accounts and had the same problem in all of them. For example, in the account coordinacion@acabadosyadhesivos.com, it only migrated 165 mail of over 7000. What can i do to solve this problem? Thanks.

Can I control email forwards at the domain level, not a catch all email level?
So it seems that to do a wildcard forwards, I have to do a catch all https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/catch-all-setup.html But to forwards email addresses that are specific, eg - sales@mydomain.com to a specific email, I have to go into my catchall account, and create filters. Is that the only way?
Can't send or receive e-mail
Hi, Since this morning, we can't send or receive e-mail. I've tried logging into the forum on zoho.eu to post a complaint, but I get: This page doesn't exist. Please check the URL. I've tried sending an e-mail to myself from another account, but no luck. If I send an e-mail via Zoho. I get the notification E-mail Sent, but when I click on the Sent-box, there's no e-mail.

I'm in a mess with numerous zoho accounts on numerous different email addresses. Can i get an overview of everything i own
Over the years I have set up multiple accounts with multiple apps for my clients, colleagues etc. Im now in a complete mess and cant' work out which emails are with which apps and which subscriptions i've paid for etc. Ridiculous I know. Is there a way of getting a full report on all my possible email addresses so that I can shut downn any old acocunts, make sure I know exaclty what apyments and subs are running etc? Search doesn't find anything after Dec.19, 2016
Zoho Mail Search does not return any results after December 19, 2016. Attached are the following snapshots: 01-Inbox-VideoInSenderAndSubject.jpg 02-OldVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg 03-NewVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg In File 01, the keyword video appears in the sender field of the first email message, and it occurs in the subject field of the last email message. Both emails are dated Jan. 27, 2017 File 02 shows that running the old version, results are only returned for email messages on Dec. 19th and earlier.

Why am I getting this message when I have registered my domain with Zoho? One would have thought that all the configurations would be automatically be done by Zoho if you purchase the domain from them. Create a group for Tasks
Hello, I am trying to create a group for tasks. The goal is to create a "manager" group, then I could assign tasks that would be visible to all the managers. When I log into webmail, and select Tasks on the left, I see groups. Unfortunately, there is no PLUS sign for me to add or create a group. I then logged into the Control Panel, and created a group there, but I still dont see the group under tasks. Thoughts?
