SMTP Servers down
Hey there, unfortunately I can not connect to your SMTP-Server under smtp.zoho.com (SSL 465, Password Auth). I tried out any configuration possible (TLS is not working), also pinging the address does not return anything back what leads me to my assumption that the server is somehow down / not reachable. Blocked Mail — MAJOR PROBLEM with New Release
Hi, Ever since the newest update has been released we have had issues with mail accounts being blocked. Our mail accounts get blocked if our users go over their storage quota. In the previous version of Zoho Mail this was not a big deal because they could go in and delete their trash. Outlook client not syncing properly

Zoho CRM contacts Problem
Anyone having trouble reading CRM contacts in Zoho Mail. In my case, my CRM contacts don't appear in the iphone mail app. When I'm in the contacts tab in desktop Mail app I can only see personal contacts, not CRM contacts.

Can´t receive emails after changing my DOMAIN (DNS) provider
I can't receive emails, but I can send emails because I sent emails from my zoho mail to another account and it was correct, but the answer to zoho mail was not received. I change my domain and DNS to another registar and I made the changes in MX records in DNS to continue with my zoho mail. Unable to add users for migration
