Hello! We use Zoho's mail accounts, and we are very happy with the service. We only have the following question: In a small store there is a VPN, and it is who authorizes us to enter the pages of the mail of Zoho. We recently could not get in, and told the support area that it was because Zoho's IPs had changed. What IP must we register to be able to enter through the VPN ...? How to Share Documents from a group
I have set up a group and do not see how I am able to share documents with them. Am I missing the obvious? I see a chat screen come up, but nothing to share the documents. I have allowed full access by the other member in the group.

I'm receiving the following error on a user's mailbox: "User : caroline.olavarrieta@gametheory.joburg Details :MailBox Size Exceeds Limit [MailBox Size=2,390]. I need help to retrieve my domain. Dear Forum Users, I have been using Zoho Mail for some time now and everything works fine except that I am not getting emails from certain people such as my college professors. Unable to Add Zoho Mail Account to Outlook (IMAP)

Hi, I have been testing the Email aliases to see what sort I should set up to assist with Spam reduction. I encountered the limit of about 25 email aliases and so I wanted to delete them all and start again using categories instead of individual site aliases. Wrong Display Name
I've just setup a new email account for my daughter. I used my name in the account setup. I've followed the instructions in other forum threads to change the display name in sent emails to her name. When I go back and check 'Send Mail as' it is correctly set as her name. But still when we send test mails (from either the mobile app or webmail) the recipient account displays it as coming from my name. What else can I do to change this? Thanks!

I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and yahoo to my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours to get the email. I´m using both the phone app and the web interface and it´s the same, my emails are always delayed

Multiple email accounts in web version?
On my Android app I can log into multiple accounts simultaneously and switch between them. Can I do this on the web version as well? Or do I have to log out of one and into the other? Thanks

Hello Zoho! A user under my domain slpc.com.au tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. Some emails for one employee are getting stuck in the sent items
I can't figure out any reason for this, some of my emails are getting stuck in the sent items and are marked as "In Queue". On of the emails is from yesterday. Other mails go through ok, to various addresses. One of the emails stuck is going to my domain to a distro group... Is there any method to attempt to flush the queue or retry again sooner than whatever the schedule is?
