Emails are not working, cannot send or receive
I have not been able to send or receive emails in zoho for about 30 minutes now. This looks as though it is a major issue, I have tested with external email providers which are working, however nothing is getting in or out to zoho mail.

Hi, Since early this morning I'm trying to send mails through one of our mail accounts on webmail. I get the message "Mail Sent" but it does not show on the sent mail box. At one time only I got a short timed message about a problem with IO something but it disappeared quickly and never showed again.
IMAP folder - limit message numbers
Can I set a limit on the number of messages synced via IMAP? For example if my users sync with various desktop e-mail clients most of them do not have sufficient storage for all their historical e-mails and their software doesn't feature a limiting function on IMAP sync. With Zoho Workplace e-mail, if I shift my company onto this, I would want to be able to set a host limit of 1000-5000 most recent e-mails available to sync via IMAP. Messages in Inbox are Automatically Deleted
Hi, I recently set up a new email address and am having huge problems with emails being deleted. An email will sit in the inbox for around 5 minutes and will then get deleted. If I check the trash I cant even see it. This is causing huge issues for our business. Please advise!

Hi, I'me getting error 553 "Relaying disallowed" when trying to send mails from differents external accounts to my zoho account. I've seen in a post that if we have the account created at US DataCenter we have to point MX Records to mx.zoho.com instead of mx.zoho.eu. How can we know which DataCenter or which MX records should we use? Thanks and regards, César.-

Forgot Login Email - Registered Mobile Number Not Recognized
Dear Support, I try to login to an account I created a few days ago but it seems I have made a typo on the email address during registration process. It supposed to be this email I'm using right now (tzh<dot>wkb). I tried to login using my mobile number but it said the number isn't recognized. Followed instructions to setup mail on my iphone. It appears that I can send mail but not receive it. I get the error "Cannot Get Mail [account name] is currently unavailable". My email is webmaster@alltheguides.com. Also, is it possible for me to setup a link to send to people so they can setup their own accounts/passwords, or do I have to make each account @alltheguides? I have purchased "@secretsleepers.us" and am trying to link email to it, but keep getting this error message. Then, when I try to add an email address, it keeps marking it as spam. I'm trying to register a business with Zoho and plan on putting considerable money into this, but if this keeps up, I'm most certainly not having any business with Zoho as Zoho seems hellbent on running me off. I have never had an email provider that is so bad at stopping the spam into my inbox. It is the worst spam filtering I have ever seen. Every day I get up to 20 emails from domains @mail.ru and @yandex.com. I have tried everything to stop them coming through but nothing works. I get an additional 50 more spam items per day which I have to manually remove. These offer sex, viagra, drugs, money laundering and heaps more. HOW CAN THESE EMAILS BE GETTING THROUGH?? We have 4 users in our organization. Only one of them needs to be upgraded to a plan higher than the free one. Is this possible to do on Zoho, or are we going to have to move to a provider that allows for individual storage provision?
