WORDPRESS EMAIL CUSTOMIZER PLUGIN MAILS ARRIVING IN SPAMS

However when one occurs, the email always arrive in the spams only and does not get forwarded to the other email address I have setup. Using subdomain to verify SPF and DKIM
My domain registrar does not allow TXT record to be added. I used another DNS host to add the records however it is only limited to subdomain(e.g. www.domainname.com) Is there anyway i can verify the SPF and DKIM using subdomain instead of the root domain?
Incoming Email Blocked
For no apparent reason today my incoming emails were blocked, one just one account but all my accounts. The message says I do not have enough storage but this is not the case. Any ideas, i am stuck and no help yet from Zoho. Tony

SMTP authentication
Hi! I followed these instructions to enable SMTP for usage with gmail and thunderbird. I am also using two factor authentication, so I created an application specific password. I am using TLS (port 587) [STARTTLS in Thunderbird] and the username I am using for SMTP authentication is elias@cocoon-solutions.net. Hey folks, I'm currently employed in my workplace that gave me this e-mail address on Zoho. It's been very useful and allowed me to have a more professional appearance using it. Important contacts and messages this way too. However, I feel I may not be able to see eye-to-eye with said employment and am questioning my future there. Mails are bouncing
The mails to all the ids are bouncing every now and then. This is happening from the time we have configured the emails with Zoho. We have 5 email id with BigRock where the domain is hosted and 3 with Zoho. All of them have this issue of emails getting undelivered when an email is sent to these ids. Attached is the screenshot of the error we get. Please resolve this soon.

Hello , Actually ,my organization employee maintaining the Zoho books with their domain based email id in zoho , Now we planned to migrate the mail server to ZOHO mail , So while adding the users its complaint like users already exists , It just send the invitation to the users email account , But currently we fully migrated the mail server to zoho , So There is no chances to get the invitation so how to add these types of users in Zoho mail , please do needful asap .

Slow forwarding of mail using @username
