Hello, When we create streams with say 2 defined users, can an third person who is not part of the stream but in the organization, see activities and messages posted in that stream.

In the email preview on Gmail and Zoho there is an old tagline. It was never included in Signature. I think it was used in a previous LeadPages or ConvertKit email sequence. Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.
Forgot Password and secondary mail does notexist anymore
Hello, i have a huge Problem,because i forgot my Password to my zohomail account. I send a new one to the email adress which i noted in my zoho account BUT this emailadress does not exist anymore! I missed to Change it but there is no Chance to get to this email, and i can't Change this adress anymore. Unfortunately i didn't deposit my phone number. Scams targetting special email addresses
I manage a website for a POA and use Zoho for this master association email service. Recently, the president@ and the treasurer@ email accounts received "scam" email from one another requesting a payment be made on a bogus service. Because neither of those receivers know much about the millions of "scams" like this circulating they both now refuse to use their Zoho email accounts. Ability to Organize Templates in Regular Email - NOT CAMPAIGNS
I use Zoho for multiple businesses and am very happy with the service. Specifically, templates allow me to answer commonly asked email questions or send common correspondence very easily. However, it would be HUGE for me if templates could be organized by the user. For example, it would be great to be able to order them. Even better would be the ability to have subfolders of templates. For example Phone Calls -> - I just Left a Voicemail - Please Call Me Work

Unable to setup IMAP with Android.
I'm receiving the following credentials error when attempting to setup IMAP with my account. I've enabled IMAP via the portal and I don't have 2FA enabled. Also triple checked that the password is correct. Any ideas what's causing the issue? Regards, Colin.
Zoho Mail Slow to Send
Hi Guys, I use Zoho Mails web interface, which I love btw. However in the past week or so I have noticed that it has been very slow to send email out, specially when they have attachments (which are already loaded as far as I can tell). I haven't noticed this before the last 7 days or so. I can't imagine there's anything wrong from my end as I'm using webmail, so wondered if you had been doing anything your end? Cheers Simon

How is a user account defined?
Hi, I'm planning to buy the 2$/month plan and I was wondering how a user account is defined? I'm planning to use two or three domains, set up something like this: mail1@domain1.com mail1@domain2.com mail2@domain3.com mail3@domain3.com It doesn't matter if all those e-mails are collected within one inbox, but does that still count as just one user? I actually just want to use several e-mail addresses for sending and receiving.

Unable to authenticate via Android IMAP

Question on my zoho email account
My email for my URL (handevents.com) was set up as carl@handevents.com. I have tried sending emails to that zoho email account but it doesn't go through. If I use carlhand@zoho.com I can send and receive emails. Why can't I use the original name of carl@handevents.com instead of carlhand@zoho.com?

Hi all, I tried to use an email client (Sylpheed), after I followed the instructions in here: https://www.zoho.eu/mail/help/imap-access.html#EnableIMAP I have a couple of problems. First, the folders I have in the zoho webmail have not appeared in the email client. Second, when I'm trying to send an email from the client, it gives the following message: "Authentication failed: 535 Authentication Failed" Snapshots of some of my configurations are attached, as well as a snapshot with the error message.
outlook new install - e-mail duplicates
Hi! I have reinstalled my Office 2003. Before that I saved all the files of the original installation (from C/user/appdata/local/Microsoft/Outlook), and copied them to the new, so now I have all the old downloaded mails. Contact Notes
Any chance of of removing field restrictions for the Notes area? Every note that contains certain punctuation marks does not allow contact to be created or updated. Also, the formatting rules suck - new paragraph impossible, everything jumbled together. Need to be able to separate subjects, info, etc.
