Wordpress SMTP not working. DKIM, SPF verified. Remote email routing enabled Yet
Wordpress cannot send emails on my site. I have verified DKIM and SPF Remote email routing is enabled in my cPanel My MX records are correct My settings in the smtp plugin in wordpress are correct. Yet email doesn't go, neither do I receive emails from contact form. All my emails got deleted
Hello, Yesterday I deleted my godaddy domain email address from zoho mail, also the organization profile i had associated to it. The problem is that in the process of doing this somehow all my emails were deleted from my inbox, sent, trash, etc... How is this possible? the last thing i did was in my phone, I made the desktop configuration sync from the zoho mail app.

SPF setup not working

Outlook cannot fetch emails today
I've been using zoho & the same PC for years so this is not a problem of settings. Outlook is not fetching any email through the IMAP server today despite email were sent out. Also the outlook on my iPhone do works fine. Please check. No error message were pop up but just no email was downloaded despite there are new emails I checked from the zoho email through using browser. Tried double the server timeout setting but also failed to work.

As the subject says, I've just joined and have accurately configured my Domain Name data to allow for mail (mx.zoho.com etc) I know it my domain/host is working because I can send out of my account via SMTP. Email signature social media icon won't show
I inserted a facebook icon and an instagram icon into my email signature. I highlighted both icons to embed links in them. I did many email tests and also redo the works many times, but the two icons won't show up when you open up the email using the iphone default email app. There were just two white boxes. If you click on those white boxes then the links would work though. However, if you use a laptop to check the email, then the icons and links showed up and worked fine. It was just looking

when i try to send email to any user on my domain I'm getting the following error. his message was created automatically by mail delivery software. Can't add alias email
Hi When I first joined zoho I thought I could add alias emails so that I could separate emails coming form website registrations from one from friends etc. I've read the help guide and it said to log onto the admin section which I've done but I still can't add an alias. I've also read somewhere else that I have to have a domain now to be able to add an alias email. I have not idea how to get a domain. What can I do please? Thanks Fiona

Importing Sieve Rules
Hi, I'm just switching over from using my own server. (postfix / managesieve / roundcube) On my server I had configured ManageSieve to sort my emails into various subfolders. (This was done on the server side, as opposed to have it on the Individual Clients).
